The bathroom is not cleaned, they don’t change the sheets. There was dark fungus looking growth on the walls of the bathtub. The pool has the same bacteria growing The pool had slot of chlorine to the point where out swim suits changed color. Breakfast was also terrible and the staff handling the food, did not change their gloves to handle the food.

Hard to find the road to get to the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is clean the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was not good and the majority of the staff were not around. The few times I was able to speak to a staff member they were curt and dismissive.

Great rooms. You do look out the windows into a Walmart parking lot and getting hokdmof the front desk is almost impossible by phone. Otherwise our stay is good so far. I will reserve my final decision based on breakfast tomorrow morning as there are mixed reviews online.....

My husband can’t have gluten. When he asked the front desk (the evening before) and the breakfast staff if there were any gluten free options for breakfast. they had no clue. So my husband was not able to eat.

When we arrived we discovered the pool was closed. Upon further investigation the closed pool was shown far down the website. Had we known the pool was closed we would not have booked this hotel. The website was very misleading and the price for the room when the pool was closed was way too high. When we complained to the staff they just shrugged and walked away. Will not be staying here again if we have any option at all!!

We had no cold water in our room in the taps, only hot. Big black footprint on the bathmat when I laid it out. Room was a nice size and liked the square pillows on the bed.

Very disappointed we were not aware the pool and waterslide were not working! This is one of the reasons we wanted to stay. Please update your website so customers know, pretty disappointing.

The pool and hot tub (yes even the hot tub) were set to 72°, it was extremely cold. We came with a toddler who was very disappointed as they were excited for the pool. As we tried to swim, two other families joined and promptly left because it was too cold and the children were almost shivering after 10 minutes. This was brought up to the front desk who said they would “contact a manager”. No one ever showed up and unfortunately nothing was remedied during our stay.

Rooms were a good size, clean, and in decent shape. Overall, room was very comfortable. Lots of parking available. For the price, it was a good deal. On the downside: breakast is average to mediocore, the walls are paper thin so it can get noisy and you can hear conversations in adjacent rooms, and there is not much staff to be seen or to help. But, can't be too particular with a good room rate deal.
