“Right outside Florence”
This hotel was very nice. The service was outstanding (and English speaking). They are remodeling the rooms with hardwood floors to make it better. The downside was the distance to the city center. If you are not familiar with the bus system, then driving is your only option. We always found a place to park, so this wasn't an issue. If you can handle the 20-30 minute commute to downtown, this is a great place to stay.

“3 star not 4 star hotel but good value for money”
If one drove then the hotel's location of a few minutes drive from the motorway exit/entrance was very convenient but otherwise I wouldn't call it a "Florence hotel" as it was quite a few Km's from the town centre. We took the bus into town and it was about 30 minutes drive and very straight forward as there was a bus stop opposite the hotel. There is also a very large modern supermarket complex with a number of other shops close by. I however, didn't think the hotel was 4 Stars as rated on Expedia and was more 3 stars. Also the furniture in our hotel room was very dated and the bathroom and hotel service was quite basic. Redeeming features are that the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool (plus a spa service, which I didn't use), ample sized rooms and huge comfortable double beds. Overall the hotel atmosphere felt really tranquil even though it was located few minutes away from the motorway. Apart from the misguided 4 star rating my only other concern was that each time we entered the hotel there seemed to be a different reception staff and their level of customer service was a bit of a lottery. Most were pleasant but a few were curt. Lastly the hotel is in a very convenient location if one wants to visit the business district or explore nearby towns like Siena or San Gimignano.
“You REALLY should READ this review!”
Well to first start off the hotel is not that close to the city of Florence. You need to take at least a 30-45 min bus ride and I would not consider that a relaxing vacation but if you have a RENT A CAR I would recommend this place because you can get there in like 15-20 mins and it a relaxing drive if you are doing it yourself. The hotel it's self is very nice but the customer service you get be not the best they all seem like they hate their jobs but for the price what can you expect. I would say the room are pretty comfortable spacey nice showers with a TV but your on vacation you should not really spend that much time in the room any how. I did leave a pizza that I order from this place down the road and the next morning there was over a 1,000 ants on it so be careful of that. But to mention the where to eat DO NOT eat at the hotel unless you are eatting the free breakfast the food sucks and is very over priced for what you get and they charge you 2 euro to just sit at a table which is not uncommon in europe but when the waiter takes his tip out of you change and walks off before you can even say anything well you get the point. There is a pizza place when you pull out on the road around at the pin you take a right go about 3-4 miles and I am telling you the best pizza I have had in Italy... Well good luck.

“Could be Better Business Hotel”
The hotel was busy and fairly full with business travelers. The rooms and lobby areas were a bit run down...peeling paint, etc. My room was in similarly poor shape. But the bed sheets and coverings were clean and the bathroom amenities were nice, although the little container of earplugs gave me a clue that the surrounding neighborhood might be noisy. It was! The included breakfast was very nice and dinner in the hotel restaurant was very acceptable. Other than the front desk clerk, the hotel staff were lovely.

Extérieurement l'hôtel ne paie pas de mine mais à l'intérieur c'est bien entretenu et les chambres confortables (sauf clim légèrement bruyante dans notre chambre). Petit déjeuner très complet et excellent service. En conclusion, globalement très satisfaits
“Hotel a éviter”
Cet hotel est très sale moquette tachées, dessus de lit taché, peinture a refaire, prise arrachée, les salle de bains ne sont pas faites régulièrement. Hotel ne mérite une étoile et encore......
