“Pretty Amazing Place!!!”

Our 16 year old son was leaving for a 6 weeks overseas experience and we needed to get him to JFK by 10 am to meet up with his group. We live in Cleveland--no such flights from there, Akron, Pittsburgh or Columbus--so Buffalo it was. We spent a great day on the American side of the Falls and spent the night at this wonderful hotel. Great room, great price, exceptional front desk, nice restaurant for breakfast, efficient wake up call and 3 am and courtesy van to airport at 4 am. The airport is right across the street and you'd never know it--no noise at all. And, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

“Is a great place to stay”

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, bright and pleasant. There were laundry facilities on-site. We were there at the end of a trip to Toronto before we returned home, so it was great the the airport was right across the street. Even with the proximity to the airport, I hardly noticed the noise from the airplanes. The only downside is that there is not much to do in the around the hotel, so we went downtown to find some fun activities.

“Best Hotel in Buffalo”

Have stayed in a few different hotels in the Buffalo area and this is the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable one yet. Very attentive staff and fantastic pool/hot tub area (the kids loved it). Minutes from Transit Rd and a host of resteraunts and shopping. Has a park and fly option as well. Will stay here again!!!

“Best stay in Buffalo!”

This was an exceptional hotel - we arrived at 10:55pm from a late flight and they accomodated our 5year old's room service request (closing at 11pm). Staff was very friendly, answered every question and responded to every request. I would definitely recommend it as a stay for single or family travel. Cute little bar area, didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but was always busy!

“cleanist motel I ever stayed in”

Can't say enough about Hilton Garden Inn (buffalo) it was a wonderful experience staying here. When we travel, we like for the motel to be a big part of our trip. HGI is probably one of the best hotels we EVER stayed in. It is everything it advertises and more. Thanks, HGI !!!!!

“Weekend in Buffalo”

Parking was convienent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Shower was clean and wonderful thick towels. Once inside the front door you would never even know you were near the airport. Restaurant's evening fare was more suited to adults and my 13 year old and I went out to the Olive Garden so this was not too much of a problem.

Great location, nicely kept, very clean and great staff. This hotel was very convenient; it was close to the Buffalo International Airport, shopping centers, and restaurants. We would definitely go back again.

Great location, friendly staff. Excercise facility conveniently located with indoor pool. Adequate business center and on site restaurant and bar. What could be better.

“Great customer service”

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing; they really know how to deliever great customer service. The person who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. We had a coupon for a free coupn booklet for shopping at the outlet mall, which they ran out of. The lady found out were we could get another one (by visiting a store) and then gave us a free breakfast to compensate us. It was great. The room was amazing - extremely comfortable. I would stay here again!
