Very nice boutique hotel with a great location. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place. If I travel again to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again.

I like almost everything, just one negative thing The rooms is extremely small and the shower head not work well, the rest everything is fine.

Up Barrio North is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are well appointed, good selection of outlets, a safe, AC and a heat pump when it's cold out, and an elevator to get you to and from. The location, less than a half block off Santa Fe, is ideal. lots of bus routes nearby, good restaurants, shopping, Western Union for money and some nice local bars as well. Many of the rooms have no windows but the lighting is great and most of the time in the room, your eyes are closed. Did I mention Netflix, YouTube TV and more?, what's not to love.... And the price is very competitive...

My room was nicely decorated, the bed was confortable besides being a twin mattress, the room also had AC, the wifi was good and overall it was nice stay. The staff are very friendly and the surrounding area is lively, with a lot to do, plus close to public transportation.

This is a good place for the money. Rooms are tiny but updated and clean. Perhaps, the best thing of this hotel is location: just a block from Santa Fe and Callao avenues, the heart of Buenos Aires's upscale area.

A very good find. Good location for buses and also walkable to the centre or Recoleta. Quiet location and quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed. All of that at a reasonable price. If it also served breakfast then it would be very good indeed.

The hotel is a straightforward 3-star place with an excellent location. You get what you pay for. The bed is comfy, and the shower has warm water. The cleaning service is top-notch, and the cleaning staff is friendly. Can't say the same for the front desk staff. They should switch roles – put the cleaning lady at the front desk, and let the staff handle the cleaning since they're not that friendly.

Brand new property, some things still need to be fixed but overall ok. Very basic hotel, no frills, no drawers or closets, just shelves and open hangers. Very good A/C, nice shower and safe on the room. My room was internal with window to an aisle. Noise from other rooms leaked in, thin walls? The location is fabulous and trumped the little inconveniences.

Ótima localização. Atendimento muito gentil e cortez. Quartos pequenos, mas confortaveis pra quem busca apenas um lugar pra dormir. Limpeza seria o unico ponto que poderia melhorar um pouco. Mas, no geral, ótima experiencia. Recomendo.

Es una excelente opción, en primer lugar, la atención del personal es sobresaliente, te orientan y apoyan en todo momento. Felicidades al joven Joaquín. Asimismo, las habitaciones son confortables las camas cómodas, los muebles de baño son nuevos, bien iluminado y funciona muy bien. El aire acondicionado, muy limpio todo, la habitación es relativamente pequeña, pero no se necesita más. Precios bastante razonables. Los alrededores son tranquilos, y hay muchas opciones de buenos restaurantes, para todo presupuesto, tiendas, se puede ir caminando a la recoleta y museos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
