I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. I have been staying here about twice or three times a year, for the last 5-6 years. Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff--some of whom I've now known for years--for their kind attention to their guests' needs. Thank you!

Great find!
My wife and I (from New York City) were pleasantly surprised by Le Boutique Moxa (Not to be confused with the Marriott branded Moxy Hotels). Our room had a cute terrace and it was spacious - far more spacious ironically than the room we had at The Moxy Hotel financial district in NYC. The hotel is steps away from Calea Victoriei, which has tons of cafés, shopping, tourist attractions like The Atheneu & art museum. At night, we walked 10 minutes a trendy spot called Mița Biciclișta for some drinks. Staff was incredibly friendly, very strong English comprehension (Alex and Bogdan were super helpful to us). The gym is tiny, but adequate.

Very accommodating staff, kind and helpful all through my stay. Location was excellent, it made it easy to reach a lot of museums on foot. Lots of good places to eat nearby.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautifully decorated and updated hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious, very clean, boasting gorgeous high ceilings. We often found ourselves stopping in the hallways of the hotel , admiring and taking pictures of all the artwork pieces. Breakfast was included with our stay which consisted of an European style buffet and freshly baked delicious pastries. The ladles at the bar served us with tasty cappuccinos and lattes. We visited Bucharest during extremely hot weather, but the hotel's air conditioning system was properly working and kept us cool and comfortable while being in our rooms. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and it's definitely our favorite place to book next time we visit Bucharest.

Great Hotel in middle of Bucharest
A great boutique hotel, with a nice garden where you can stay outside. It is a bit old but the conditions are great. The location is also wonderful, walking distance to the middle of Bucharest and still quiet.

The hotel was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, enormous rooms and very clean. It had a lovely terrace to enjoy an evening drink in, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection.

I keep coming back to Moxa. They are my port of call, once landed in Bucharest. Love the intimate feel of the place. Love the people running it--from the cleaning staff to the managers. They make me feel at home after a long flight and before I even get to see my family and friends. Highly recommended!

We expended 4 nights, had two rooms one was nicer than the other, one of them was at the older more tired part of the hotel, but closer to the breakfast hall. The breakfast staff was very attentive, fantastic. At reception were a bit sharp with the information, after a couple of days I realised it was more cultural kind of behaviour.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at hotel Moxa. The hotel is conveniently located close to Piata Victoriei and a short walk away from the subway station. The room was very clean and had a fridge as well. However, a tea kettle or coffee maker would've been a great addition. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the booking and it was delicious. I find the rooms very expensive for what they are. The hotel needs urgent updating, its horrible. The staff was friendly except for a older receptionist who was rather disrespectful and impolite. I just can’t justify for overall rating! For some 10€ more you can stay in one of the best 5 * in the city

My husband and I spent 2 weeks there and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, very large and had a balcony over looking the main street and park. The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. Special thanks to Vasile, front desk staff, Dining room staff and housekeeping. You all made our stay a great vacation. The room was not the room we expected knowing the fact that Moxa is a 4-star hotel. It looks cheap and mediocre. But the staff were nice.
