Very friendly checkin personell. Hotel is sparkling clean and brand new. Only thing id change is maybe add another layer of curtains close to window as the sunshine came creeping jn thru the sides of the reg curtains and brightened up the room too early , so if youre planning to sleep in - bring eye covers😉

After an incredibly upsetting experience last night and this morning at a different hotel (in Montreal) my children and I adjusted our plans and decided to spend tonight in Lachute instead. I could not be more pleased with the staff, standard and overall experience so far at Microtel by Wyndham. We were greeted by very kind staff who were patient with my kids and very helpful. The room and facilities are pristine and the area is very accessible to restaurants and amenities. We will be back and recommend with no hesitation.

Nouveau logiciel de réservation
Ils ont récemment changé de logiciel de réservation donc on a eu de la difficulté à réserver au comptoir. L'employée de nuit a tout fait pour nous aider mais ses connaissances encore très minces du nouveau logiciel lui ont donné beaucoup de misère, car nous avions besoin d'un séjour tres court (4h). Elle nous a demandé de réserver en ligne à la place. Ce qui a fait en sorte que nous devions payer un sejour complet. Ceci est la raison de la note de 3 étoiles. Cependant je suis confiante que leur niveau de connaissances du logiciel s'améliorera avec le temps. Cela mis à part, tout le reste était vraiment bien! Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir 😊

La chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée (serviettes sales dans la douche, poubelles pleines, boîte de pizza laissée sur place avec verre de café utilisé). J’ai trouvé un bouchon d’oreille sale sur un comptoir. Visiblement, la chambre n’avait pas été complètement nettoyée avant mon arrivée… dommage, un séjour précédent avait été sans reproche.
