The room, sheets and towels were not clean. Breakfast was included but not clean either, so we did skip it. This was big waste of time and money. "What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. The home is charming and beautiful. The room was perfection and the grounds were such a surprise. I had no idea they were world class manicured gardens complete with a labyrinth! The breakfast prepared for us made us all feel at Home and was delicious! I wish our stay could Have been longer. I would love...

"What a beautiful place to stay, the property is set in a lovely idyllic setting surrounded by countryside. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were absolutely excellent and super friendly. The breakfast was lovely too. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at on our motorbike trip around France. If you book here you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars."
