I was spoken to as if I was a child throughout the whole check-in process. I felt like I'd done something wrong from the second I walked into reception. Rooms were immaculate, good location, prompt correspondence after booking and a friendly confirmation email with very clear instructions the day before arrival. Will definitely stay again.

This is a good hotel when exploring Brisbane. It is close to the train station and the surroundings of botanical gardens makes it a lovely place to explore. The room is basic, but it is clean and everything works well.

Ideal for a one night stopover. Rooms are on the small side but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Only downside is no lift access and we were on the 4th floor.
