Thank you Peter. Yes, we are located directly on Main Street, Hwy 395 and rooms 1 & 2 overlook the historic Mono Courthouse across the street. Rooms 5 & 6 are at the back of the hotel and might be a better choice if traffic is of a concern.

We strive to serve our guests and provide the best stay. It is not possible to please everyone and we went over board to try to please you. We could not control the weather or rain, and while there was swelling of the windows - I did open the window for you. The windows work, the doors are old but they lock and if there are any issues we are on site 24 hours a day to take care of them on the spot, We have a suggestion box for guests because we realize these comments and suggestions only help. However when they go unmentioned and we then get a notice like this it is disheartening. We offered covered parking under the patio for your motorcycle (even though not technically a parking spot) and tried to be as accomadating as possible. This building is 140 years old and was moved on logs. It is historic and that is evident and not something we can control or even rectify. This building will always have uneven floors and we love them. While we can understand that this was not your first choice, (you mentioned you wanted to stay with friends and weren't able to) it is unfortunate that you wouldnt give us the opportunity or provide awareness while on site. If you were unsatisfied I wish you would have said something in person. We are a small business and a new business, in all the comments you can tell that we are working on the property, have many projects to go and this type of rating is extremely unfair and detrimental to our livelihood. Couldn't agree more. We are not a typical hotel, this is more like a home and we are happy to open our home to our wonderful guests. There is a rich history to the location and surrounding area and its fun to learn and share. While the building may be over 100 years old we knew the Wifi needed to be top notch.
