Highly recommended
Exceptional service from welcome drinks to the service at breakfast and dinner. They also have free herbal teas and nuts on tap. Gym is well equipment. Lots of nice walks around the hotel. Food was very good. Highly recommended

Perfect honeymoon spot
We spend our amazing honeymoon at My Arbor and had the best time. The rooms are cozy and the food is excellent!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem einzigartigen Hotel. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, welche einen super Job machen! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine 90-100 Grad Sauna auch bereits vor 14:30 Uhr öffnen.

3 overnatninger vi ikke glemmer. Super dejligt hotel, dejlige værelser med god plads, skønt badeværelse og en skøn udsigt ( manglede måske aircon, men det gik, og forklaringen hvorfor det ikke var der er ok) sauna området har vi ikke set bedre nogle steder. Så kommer vi til maden, der var virkelig lækker, stort udvalg til morgenmaden. Aftensmaden var som en bedre gourmet restaurant, hvor vi kunne vælge blandt rigtig mange velsmagende retter. Stort vinkort til rimelige priser. Vi havde alle 3 aftener fornøjelsen af Christian som tjener, der ydede en service ud over normalt. Den ene aften, havde han oversat menukortet til dansk via Google translate 👍 generelt en helt igennem fantastisk service, uanset hvor på hotellet vi færdes, herunder også i receptionen, der altid var behjælpelig. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage.

Beautiful adults-only property in Südtirol
Yeah, that’s right! No children allowed there, which is fantastic! The hotel is modern and beautiful. We had a garden room with an amazing view. A nice spa area with a heated indoor/outdoor pool. Restaurant was good but sometimes staff had a little attitude. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of local, fresh and homemade healthy products. Dinner was ok: a good self-service buffet and new menu every night. You could order anything from the menu as much as you like. One should do it several times though as the portions were little to tiny lol. Wine list with sky-high prices discouraged us a little. Overall it was an excellent option in the region.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt, wie bisher noch in keinem anderen Hotel. Neben dem Service und der Architektur des Hotels, haben v. a. die Kulinarik und der SPA-Bereich die Erwartungen übertroffen. Teuer, aber jeden Cent wert!

Amazing hotel!
Fantastic hotel. Helpful staff, which gave us hiking tips. Very nice rooms. However they lacked air conditioning. The breakfast was amazing. So was also the pool and sauna floors. The scented sauna experience is a must. The dinner menu offered different meals every day, which is good if you are staying several days. We can strongly recommend this hotel.

Es war seit langen wieder mal einer der besten Urlaube die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es war einfach nur entspannen und genießen den ganzen Tag. Die Wellnessanlage ein Traum und die Saunaaufgüsse eine super Spektakel, das wir sicher nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Die Freundlichkeit des ganzen Personals war einfach nur erste sahne. Das Essen / Frühstück an nichts hat es gefehlt einfach nur bestens zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotelpersonal!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einem wahnsinnig freundlichen Service! Es entsteht durch das gesamte bereits nach einem Tag ein Gefühl der Innern Ruhe und Entspanntheit. Wirklich gut hinbekommen! Spa ist ausreichend groß! Essen ist für viele wahrscheinlich etwas besonderes. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert um mal etwas abzuschalten!

Tolles Haus in großartiger Umgebung!
Wir waren hier für einige Tage als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war tadellos und immer freundlich, man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wohltuend auch, dass man in diesen Zeiten ein sehr sicheres Gefühl hatte, da man Hygiene und Abstandsregeln sehr ernst nimmt. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann vielleicht einfach die Tatsache, dass das Hotel doch sehr groß ist. Dennoch eine absolute Empfehlung!

Super schönes Hotel mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Service ist fantastisch, herzlichen Dank an Felix, Lea und Andi für die mega Betreuung und die leckeren Cocktails. Grossen Dank auch an Eva für die sehr gute Sportmassage. Wir können das Hotel herzlichst empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
