We booked this room to stay at for our daughters wedding and Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and accommodating ( had no where to hang wedding clothes and maintance men came and put up a bar to hang things 👍) their breakfast (included in room price) was great, a lot to choose from. Upon arrival and 1st impression: not as we thought or as pictures portrayed , needs updating, looks as if they are still in process of updating but not completed, but the room was VERY clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the desk clerks name, however she was beyond helpful. She always had a smile and a kind word. And never once complained about an incident that happened at the breakfast buffet when a customer mistakenly put sausage gravy into the waffle maker. She just quickly did whatever was necessary to clean up the mess and never made the customer uncomfortable at her mistake. The hotel clerk deserves a huge pat on the back for her professional attention at the situation.

Everything was great except the tv would not connect to the satellite. We never called on it so I can’t complain about it. I let them know when we checked out so that the next guest could have tv. Other than that the stay was great. They stayed late to check us in which was greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable. AC was super cold. Towels were super soft.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and cooled off quickly after turning on the AC. People live in part of the hotel and they were out drinking when we arrived. One person was very drunk and yelling. There were beer cans and a box of wine on the stairs. Old appliances in a breeze way and bikes that were in various stages of being disassembled. There wasn’t a microwave and the office closes at 11 so don’t get the late night munchies. I’d stay again because I’m poor.
