It was fine for the one night stop to break up our long drive and the area wasnt too bad. The room seemed cpesn but the rest of the building looked filthy. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Someone left the back entrance wide open in the middle of the night for several hours though. Not sure if it was staff or another person staying but made it feel unsafe since anyone could have gotten in without a room key.

The pool and pool area was cold.....the room was dirty and the halls were filthy. Noisy neighbours and could hear them through the floor as if they were in our room. Noise outsode our window all night. Awful experience. Counter staff were of no assistance

When checking in they didn’t not have our reservation. Room didn’t have heat or air. Brought us a space until that only did heat. Windows don’t open. There was a fight in the hall that ended in a woman banging on our door. We did not feel safe at all. Walls are paper thin. When we left we saw black mold all over by the pool entrance. Staff was friendly, would never stay here again.

We had a one night stay, guess it was ok for the price. Beds were VERY hard, room could have used a more thorough cleaning, and there was no breakfast except for coffee but they did not even have decaf so we had nothing. Vending machine was cash only so we could not use that either. Nice that it was non smoking but the cigarette butts were all over the ground outside. Staff was pleasant enough.

The reason my wife and I brought our 2 granddaughters to this hotel was to swim in their indoor swimming pool. But the water temperature was extremely too cold for an indoor swimming pool. Which means we had 2 very unhappy little girls in a hotel room with limited cable channels to watch. So, I asked the guy at the front desk if he could raise the temperature of the kitty pool up just a little bit. He proceeded to tell me how The week before, there were so many people staying at the hotel and swimming, that the water was warm. And next week could end up the same way. Which didn't have anything to do with the night we were there. Then, there was the non-existent free continental breakfast. Anyhow, we will not be back and neither will any of our friends!

Hotel was very outdated. Floors and bathroom were nasty. Beds were like rocks. Attendant seemed a little off as we seen him multiple times after checking in, this made my kids and myself very uncomfortable.

Love this place!
This was my first experience with this hotel and I was VERY impressed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so QUIET and peaceful! Very unexpected in a hotel. This is my new favorite place to stay when I am in Kentucky.

Never will be back very nasty!!!
As I checked into the hotel, it was very dirty paws cloudy hot tub is broke, then continue to go into my room to find roaches, crawling all over the walls in the towels on the floor things were broke, then went to the front desk to asked to be changed into a new room they continue to change me into a new room that was worse tell holders Hollyn off the wall, toilet rolls, fallen off the wall, all the fixtures hanging down the room was very nasty and dirty. The TV was very fuzzy not clear very disgusting

My husband picked this hotel solely. Based on the fact that it was called vet city motel and he likes corvettes. We were traveling through and just needed a place to stay for the night. We did not have high expectations. But we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel.. It had clearly been recently refurbished. It was very clean. The bads were very comfortable. The internet was good and the staff service was also good. It was excellent value for the price..

Was a good overall stay only thing that was kinda inconvenient is its a smoke free facility and there is a $100 deposit just make sure you use cashinstead of a card cause it takes forever to go back on your card

Property is good for the price. Hot tub was out of service, which based on reviews had been an ongoing occurrence. Room was nice, minus the lamp being broken and a slight stench. Seems partly remodeled and remodeled areas are quite nice

The room we stayed in had roaches climbing on the wall and across the ceiling. The front desk person didn't speak much English and he was hard to communicate with. There was water from the pool thru out the halls down to the rooms which made it a fall hazard for someone like me who is on crutches. There wasn't any mats of any kind for the ppl in the pool to be able to dry their feet b4 they tracked the water into the halls and around the stairs.

I thought the stay was poor I stayed in a room the TV didn't work and reported it and still never got a TV so we were stuck without any thing to do but walk around the property that was being remodeled at the time. I would love to get another room or be reimbursed. Thank you
