"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. Pros: Overall an extremely pleasant experience throughout a week of our stay and will definitely be our first place of choice if we ever visited Venice again. Cons: One thing I must point though is that it was very strange to find only 1 socket in the whole suite and that even was for plugging the ketlle. Nothing else otherwise for the customers to use for like charging the mobile phone etc which was very odd. If all other rooms have the same arrangement, then it definitely needs upgrading. The other thing is clarity of final bill. There has been a discrepancy in ours but was straightened out by the staff at checkout within a few minutes the same day so worth checking. "
