The place was not our type and the building was old. The air condition was not working in our room. Can't believe Expedia would say this hotel was really good. A disaster holiday and would like a refund. The swimming pool was dirty and very small. The key card was faulty most of the time and had to go to reception several times to wotk the key card. The windows was very old and dirty. The chair was itchy and had bugs. Got so many pimples because of the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Never again.

Good value for money hotel. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Parked off street which was pretty easy to avoid a 15 quid bill from the car park. Sauna and steam room were lovely but the pool was freezing and full of screaming children.

I didn’t like the space in the bathroom , room (228) between the bath and the toilet, if you were a larger person you wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet, or you would have got stuck
