Clean. Staff was pleasant but took quite a long time to process check in even though I had pre paid. Hallways are dark! Doors on bathrooms automatically shut, can't choose to leave open. Rooms were comfortable but very odd color choices/combinations. Popcorn ceilings. Needs updating. Overall ok, nothing special

I realize sometimes it can take longer, even with a pre-paid reservation, we still need to check i.d. and take a card for incidentals. I had engineering adjust the doors in your room, and check all the doors, so this will not occur again. We just finished a complete renovation. The color choices are a retro look. There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived, but that was resolved within 10 minutes. While the pillow cases were clean, 2 of the 3 pillows were stained (looked like sweat), so that was unpleasant.

The stain was missed, and that shouldn't have happened. I threw out the pillows in your room so that this does not happen again. Nice older property but well-maintained. Kept very clean. Great location close to freeways, restaurants, shopping but far enough away to be quiet. Large room with very comfortable beds. Gave it only 4 stars because even though I asked for daily housekeeping, they only came once over a 4-day period and only to clean the bathroom - didn’t make the beds or throw out trash. When we didn’t have towels, had to call twice after waiting an hour or so.

Good price point… Fair room… TERRIBLE shower, no pressure at all and luke warm water. Near Mall and plenty of restaurants and easy access to the highway.

This property was our go to when in Boston. It will not be any longer. The shower was poor—very wimpy and the water was not particularly hot. The bathroom door on the “spring” was annoying and with bathroom door closed the bathroom was cold. The maids were yelling back and forth in the hall at 7:30am. Breakfast price was high.

David, thank you for reviewing our property. I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay. I have made a note to the engineering department about the water pressure and temperature. Generally, our housekeeping staff doesn't arrive until after 8am. With the time change on Sunday, it probably felt much earlier. We do offer an all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. It has a juice station, assorted breads, muffins, danish, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt with various toppings, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. We also offer an ala carte menu. I hope you will give us another chance.

Beds suck,no fan in bathrooms,breakfast is $17pp for nothing special when same thing is free at better hotels right nearby and there nightly rates were actually cheaper. Hilton… lol. More like burlington red roof inn! 👎👎👎

Great location, great value
Great location, and recently refurbed hotel and rooms. HVAC was somewhat intrusive, cycling on frequently and noisily through the night, but overall great value.

A Hidden Gem
I was really delighted to see that my room had been completely renovated, updated, clean. I happened to talk with the General Manager and she could not have been more pleasant and professional. As I also worked with the public I would say she was outstanding and I would have loved to have her as an employee. Ms. Gonzalez was such an asset to your facility. I watched her interact with others who also were very pleased with her discussions. Also it was great to have a restaurant that offered enough that you did not need to go out if you did not want to along with a nice little bar as well.

Stayed here for work purposes, and it was extremely quiet and I slept great. Ordered my dinner and they told me I could bring it up to my room, which was great. The fitness center was great, and I was impressed at the amount of equipment available. I did however, skip the breakfast as it was $17, so I went to McDonalds. Overall, great place to stay.

We chose the hotel in part because of the availability of an indoor pool. The pool has been closed for 4 years, and is still closed. There was NO hot water in the shower. The bathroom door in our room was so squeaky that one could not use that door without waking others, if they are sleeping. When adjusting the thermostat in the room, the heater/ air conditioner was terribly loud, again interrupting one’s chance of getting good sleep.
