The proximity to the airport was great. The room was clean but the furniture could use some updating - the drawers had some wear. The staff were friendly and the parking fee is excellent for the area.

They charge $20 per day to park!!! Given how expensive my stay was, they should not be charging for parking that far away from the city!!!

Staff was very nice. Rooms are horribly dated. Thin walls… could actually hear persons alarm in next room. Trucks beeping Al morning as it’s next to an Amazon distribution center. Hair in the shower and no desk for work.

What I don’t like is the aerosol scented spray that is used in the rooms! I have asthma and the smell is overpowering and unhealthy. It took quite a while to fall asleep!

The shuttle from the airport was a reason for my choice of this location, which was a short ride & the driver was very nice. If you land & get your baggage at terminal C you need to get the shuttle at door C110. The driver did help with bags. The staff at the front desk & breakfast area are excellent. At night there was, coffee, tea, lemon water & cookies in the lobby. Staff was working in the evening organizing & prepping. My room was nice & clean with a comfortable bed. My quesadilla from the attached Mexican restaurant was very good & the hotel had a nice mix for breakfast with multiple waffle makers. The breakfast attendant without asking offered to help me with the elevator when I took food up to the room. Excellent service! Thank you. The hotel is located in an industrial type area so only bit negative, but it was fine for me. I was told there is a Subway & some places to grab food within walking distance. The pool room was nice & warm. There are lots of hand sanitizer stations still if you want to use. I would stay again.

The hotel is nice & I can tell they did a lot of renovations since I stayed there before the pandemic. The only thing I wasn't happy with was how rude this certain employee was knocking on my door twice over complaints of loud music when I didn't have my music that loud plus I was celebrating my birthday. The guy was very rude & threatened me twice to call the cops when the situation wasn't that serious. After that happened I got a call from the front desk even tho I had just told 2 of my friends to leave after that unnecessary interaction. I will not be staying here again for that reason maybe in the future I'll try again but that was ridiculous the way it was handled because it wasn't like I had a party going on or was being rude etc. I cooperated with the employee and ended my night early!

This was a great place to spend the night before our trip! We could easily park and leave our car and loved having a shuttle to the airport. The food at the hotel bar was overpriced, but there to be expected. Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

I only stayed one night due to layover. The hotel was nice, clean, and served breakfast. I didn’t have the opportunity to get breakfast brier had to leave early. They had coffee,tea , and muffins avait!

Everything was fine. The room, breakfast was exquisit and pool. The staff at fhe front desk was helpful as well. However, the driver of the shuttle was a bit disappointing. We had 4 big luggages but that was fine cause my husband was there to manage that, I needed help with my carry on bec I am 6 months pregnant however, he asked me to put the suitcase on the upper most part the shelf which was hard for me since my tummy is big. He also dropped us in the arrival area not in the departure area and we had to walk bringing our luggages without a cart bec there was none. It caused too much stress to me. I hope the shuttle driver will be more considerate. Thanks

I picked this hotel because of it's shuttle service. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes around the clock. The room was clean and quiet enough. There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. The food and service were both fine. I wish I'd had time to swim in the pool: it looked great.
