Room was very small but it was clean. There was very little natural light and it was difficult to keep the shutter on the window open as it meant everyone could see into your room. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The food in the restaurant was good and the bar was good too. Overall it was very reasonable for the price but it’s not that comfortable for a long stay.

We really liked the setup and efficient small rooms. Just could have used some better air flow since the ooms were quite small. Surrounding area was under construction but close enough to the downtown core

Amazing value for money
amazing value for money, handily located to the tram and buses, also an easy walk to the river front. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. I don't think I'd like to stay here for a week as the rooms, unsurprisingly, are on the small side, but it's fine for 2 or 3 nights.

Quirky place to stay in Bordeaux with its ecological principles. Friendly staff. Nice area to sit inside and outside with a beer garden. Room was pleasant but not enough light.

I love that the hotel has an ecofriendly initiative, but in June, with the temperature going 29C, it’s very difficult to sleep without air conditioning. It’s very hot, and humid. I appreciate the staff giving us a fan to try and stay cool for the night, but my husband and I still kept waking up all sweaty. The area around the property are mostly under construction, as I assumed, so there is a lot of dust around. There aren’t a lot of dining options as well, but close enough to the city center anyway. The staff are very lovely though, and very accomodating.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Front desk team was rude & didn’t provide solutions when there were problems. We arrived earlier and the staff didn’t let us leave our bags. Housekeeping is additional (it’s not mentioned)

Room was small but good for what we paid for it was clean and had everything we needed. Only issues was the tap leaked a bit and the bathroom wall was super thin. It was also too warm on a night with no air conditioning remote. However it was a great place to stay could come and go as we pleased with kind staff.

I have travelled all over the world and this dump , trumps everything. I'm certain there are bigger prison cells then these "rooms" no more then 8ft by 8ft in size. The 1 tiny window has no blind or curtains so for privacy, you have to roll down a steel shutter, which makes room have no light at all. God help anyone staying here if it is warm. Didn't have breakfadt , has i could only see bread and eggs and no fresh coffee or juice. Cheaper to eat in a local bakery and definitely nicer food. Had 1 pint of rotten lager here and cost 7.50e , definitely the most expensive beer in Bordeaux . No where to leave bags for few hours and if you want late check out, you have to ask in advance . ABSOLUTELY UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I STAY HERE

The listing said breakfast included, air conditioning and laundry services would all be provided. None of that was true. My room hadn't been cleaned when I showed up, the breakfast was expensive and I was not allowed to leave my bag there after check out. Overall not a good experience.

Great Hotel with stylish rooms and a cool outdoor space. In an unique area with cool waterfront restaurants and bike paths.

Very helpful staff 3 minutes on foot from tram and bus lines Only two stops from the centre of the city reachable on foot too Quiet neighbourhood Affordable price Clean room linen and soft bed They offer also breakfast lunch and dinner from monday to friday 24h reception open They clean the room every 4 days and give one towel per person however this was not big deal for us.

Zimmer klein und nicht funktional, Zimmer stinkt extra beim Reinkommen nach Abwasser, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, Lüftung im Bad sehr laut und auf dauerhaft an (kein Schlaf in der Nacht möglich), Dusche stinkt, keine Seife am Waschbecken, kein funktionierendes WLAN, kein funktionierender Fernseher, Zimmer sehr stickig, in der Nacht Zimmer wie eine Sauna, 1 Fenster, das zum Gang hinausführt (keine Privatsphäre, da jeder ins Zimmer schauen kann)

Tellement peu confortable que j'ai failli aller dormir dans la voiture. Mais pas cher: le parking payant alentour est presque aussi cher que l’hôtel, qui n'a pas de parking. Prévoir savon et gobelet. La taille de la chambre est un bon entrainement aux séjours dans l'espace. L'écoresponsabilité n'est qu'un prétexte à économiser sur tout

Cher Eric, Nous sommes réellement navrés de lire un retour si radical et de constater votre mécontentement. Sachez que le fait que nous n'ayons pas de parking est bien notifié. Nous sommes situés dans l'éco quartier Bastide, ou la mobilité douce et privilégiée et la construction de parkings très réglementée. La taille des chambres est également bien inscrite dans le descriptif de la chambre. Nous proposons des prix très attractifs sur les entrées de gamme, la taille est en adéquation mais le minimum de confort est présent (gel douche, serviettes de bain, wifi, télévision, chauffage ...) Mais nous disposons également de chambres familiales ou de studio, plus spacieuses si vous aviez souhaité. Notre équipe de réception est présente 24h/24 et aurait pu vous aider à trouver une meilleure alternative pour votre séjour, et également pour vous mettre un gobelet réutilisable à votre disposition. Nous sommes navrés que notre concept ne vous ait pasconvenu.Nous espérons tout de même vous revoir et vous faire vivre une meilleure expérience à l'avenir.
