Staff is great, hotel is new, well maintained and clean. However, there was a constant "humming" sound I could hear in the hallway, some time during my stay. Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is modern and attractive in general but the room would have been more comfortable without the really stark bright lighting. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and replenishment during busy times. At breakfast there was no where to make coffee, you need to try to get a staff member's attention and they bring it to you which isn't ideal. Reception staff were helpful but for some reason unable to order taxis in advance. The hotel is close to the airport (about 10 minutes) but not very central. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus into the city centre takes about 20 minutes. Overall, a nice hotel but needs a few tweaks.

Awful receptionist
Checking in the receptionist could not find my booking. After a while trying to find it and I provided the booking confirmation number she was able to find it. When I asked her what was the issue she replied rudely “You have too many names”. Making me feel I had done something wrong even though the booking name was exactly written as in my passport which she was holding. It was not a warm welcoming reception as it felt bigoted against Spaniards, Mexicans and other cultures with more than 1 name and surname. Things didn’t improve after that as I told her that I had exactly the right number of names and she replied “ok, whatever you say”. I didn’t escalate from there because we had to start working and she was taking already too long to check us in. I find hard to believe my experience to be an isolated one and it has left me with such a bad feeling about that trip that will never go back to any UNA hotel.

We have taken note of what you have highlighted and we can assure you that it was only a misunderstanding but by no means a lack of courtesy.The hotel staff is used to dealing with guests of different nationalities, genders, religions, ... among other things, the hotel staff is made up of several people with 2 surnames.We would like to notice that the names provided on the reservation do not exactly match with the names on the document, consequently staff requested the confirmation number to speed up and simplify the registration at the hotel.The availability and courtesy of our staff are elements that we are proud of and that are always recognized by our guests as you yourself could have verified from other reviews.We really hope have the opportunity to welcome you back again and have the UNA feeling. It was great. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. So convenient to go to the main town. Not far from the town either. Hotel was clean and all like new. Highly recommend

Nice place, but a little but out if the way. Once I figured out the bus transport it was fine. Oh and be careful which unahotels you book. I ended up at the wrong one and had to taxi to the other one.

Excellent One night stay
One night stay to visit Bologna, the hotel is only 15 mins by bus to centre and bus stop right outside hotel. The hotel is modern and our room was very good ,large and all facilities. Breakfast very good. Free parking spaces outside hotel.Would highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is amazing. Spacious and very comfortable room. Bonus points for the big tv. The staff is super professional and friendly. The included breakfast was good too.
