Very happy here. One of the biggest rooms I've ever had in Italy - American in size - comfortable, clean, quiet enough. I was super impressed.

WiFi was garbage. They should NOT advertise that they have WiFi. Do not plan on using WiFi at this hotel. Besides that it was good value for money - staff were nice, it was clean and convenient location.

Best Hotel in Italy
From the welcome at past midnight my flight was delayed until after checked and picked up luggage from storage the staff was simply SUPER and the hotel is well deserving of its rating of excellent Food was good though I had fond memory of the breakfasts at best western in Switzerland more than a decade ago Overall it was a great decision to stay there

We stayed a few days at this hotel. Very helpful and friendly service. Good breakfast. Conveniently close to a bus stop to go downtown. We enjoyed many hours in their sunny patio all alone👍😀 dinner was also very nice.

Terrible 4-star hotel
Definitely not worthy of the 4 stars that it’s listed as. Tv remote went flat and I couldn’t off the tv. When I called the reception, he said he can’t tell from his counter and I was supposed to deliver the remote to him to check. Service on cleaning the room was terrible as well. Toilet bowl not scrubbed. Seems like I needed to clean it myself.. so much for a 4 star! Also, no water provided and the tap water had residue in it. Showers were extremely small even for my wife’s built. Definitely won’t recommend to stay there.

Very comfortable only issue was they do not cater for people who like milk in their tea the room had a kettle and tea and coffe no milk and when asked at reception they said sorry no. Next day asked again at reception and was given a couple small milk portions i asked for more as we like a tea before bed and when we get up.

Had booked Superior rooms but the air conditioning was totally off in that section of hotel but check in clerk didn't tell us and so we had to come back down with all luggage and change rooms to another wing of hotel and then we did not have 3 rooms all together like the first rooms. The clerk was cooperative in helping us to change to new rooms and all went well from there. Hotel was not in great section of town so did not feel comfortable walking around at night to find place to eat so stayed close by within a few blocks. Went to great restaurant Le Rose recommended by hotel clerk and enjoyed a good meal there.

Good location within 20 min walk to center. Parking available but despite an amazing array of breakfast items, a bit sterile with cold scrambled eggs. Very efficient staff.

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel. I am usually very fussy about cleanliness, climate (air-conditioning) and the bathroom, so if I am happy, 95% of everyone else will likely be as well. Lobby had self-serve tea service 24/7. WiFi was convenient and fast. We were in a family room (which is actually 2 separate rooms with their own doors and then a foyer and a main door). One room was bigger than the other, so presumably it was for the parents (we claimed it anyway). The AC in the children's room was freezing, and after reporting it the first morning, the thermostat was adjusted. There is a parking garage at the hotel, so we could park our rental car for free. Supermarket is just a block away, and there were quite a few Chinese restaurants nearby, so I was not sure if we were in Chinatown or something. The Sichuan restaurant named Yummy about 2 blocks away is fantastic.

Hotel is new, placed in a convinient way outside the old city. Bus stop is across the street, takes 5 minutes and €1.40 to get to the main shopping area. You can get tickets at the reception.

Useful one-nighter
Convenient one-night stop before flying from Bologna airport. (Business style, efficient, no frills, no character so not for a longer city break, when I would stay more centrally.) Easy walk to station/airport bus (getting there: with the station behind you, turn left then cross bridge away from town centre). Reasonably quiet residential area; as a woman on her own I felt safe ( but didn't venture far as too tired after travelling.) Useful supermarket on corner where you can buy food for supper/breakfast. Would recommend for economical stopover if you get a good deal.
