The lady who cleaned was too lazy for that job, she did not pick up trash in the bathroom, she did not sweep, she never had hand towels, nor did she check if there was soap for bathing and for hands, she only changed the sheets twice and that was because she we said. Cleaning is only from Monday to Friday

All the staff and especially the security are very friendly, polite and super professional. Particularly one security guard named Armando. Vigilant, courteous, and just overall very professional. All the staff are great and that makes the whole experience feel safe and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.

Very clean and nice the only downside was that it was difficult to get an uber in that area but other than that the place was nice and clean.. very safe too

Best Hotel EVER! Every single member of the staff from the security to the cleaners to the receptionists are completely professional and super courteous, making the whole experience feel like a true vacation even if you are working. There is an incredible pool heated to the perfect temperature , a nice restaurant with Amazing views, and basically everything you need within a few minute’s walk. The security is what I felt most grateful for.I have spent years visiting back and forth and would definitely recommend Icon 100 to anyone looking for only the best.

Overall a great place to stay with friendly staff very helpful and accomodating , the only downside the room is small makes you feel claustraphobic and in humid conditions as the room has NO Air conditioning so having the window open at night is not a good option due to traffic noise and not happy and being lied to by a member of staff that informed us the room was temperature control . Better options for sure.

Worst restaurant and service
The property and the room was excellent! The restaurant in the 11 floor has been the worst restaurant in the 25th countries that I have visited and traveled. In more than 2 occasions it took the 40 minutes to prepare and serve a simple Ham and Cheese Omelette when the restaurant had little customers. The Coffee took and average of 10 minutes to prepare and they didn’t have regular sugar and 5 out of 5 times the coffee was warm and not HOT like a real cup of coffee should be served. I stayed at this place for 12 days and stopped eating there and walked down the street to a place called BROT where I had the best service, Coffee and breakfast!

Good enough, far for great
The hotel has beautiful pictures, although the reality is somehow different. The location feels dangerous, especially at night, at least two blocks around the building. The facilities are ok, beautiful cafe with lovely views and good service. We took the not-so-small room, but it felt tiny; even the bed did not feel like a queen size. There were some cleaning issues, with some long hairs all over (I am bold, so not mine). Overall I think it is a place to spend one or two nights when you go only to sleep.

Buena ubicación. Buenos amenities del edificio. Un poco difícil el check in. Cuarto con varias secciones, pero el baño exageradamente pequeño, incómodo y mal diseñado (adiciono foto), lo cual no permite entrar al sanitario. El aseo, deja mucho que desear en el cuarto, piso del cuarto, y en los pasillos afuera de la habitación. Toalla rota.

El hotel me gustó mucho a pesar de que se escucha mucho ruido de vehículos por estar en una avenida. Me hubiese gustado estar en un nivel más alto ya que se me entregó el apartamento en el nivel 3. A diferencia de esto. Pague el servicio de desayuno incluido, el primer día que recibí desayuno me informaron las opciones del menu; entre las opciones a elegir : café más jugo , chocolate más jugo o café más frutas. Recibo el servicio por dos días como habían informado pero al día 3 de muy mala manera nos informan que solo podemos elegir una bebida. El cual me parece muy desagradable la falta de organización y más cuando se comunican delante del huésped. Es una falta de ética profesional.

Horarios de la piscina y restaurante
La habitación tipo loft estuvo muy bien, pero hace un calor insoportable y no hay ventilador ni aire acondicionado, solo una ventana muy muy pequeña, por otra parte deberían aclarar el horario tanto de la piscina como del restaurante, sobretodo si uno va con niños, como es posible que en un fin de semana festivo no habiliten la posicna ? Y que el restaurante lo abren a las 9:00 cuando tabto el anfitrión como la pagina ofrecen el servicio a partir de las 6:00 am, se debería aclarar para no caer en engaños, de resto pues bien.

Nunca tenía clara la información, llegue en la mañana y no sabían si podía hacer check in temprano o no y me estuvieron esperando por alrededor de 40 min sin información clara, al momento que llegue al check in a las 3 p.m. como era lo acordado tampoco tenia la habitación lista para la hora del check in, son muy desorganizados a la hora de entregar. La cocina no tiene estufa. Y eso es lo que ofrecen pero la estufa nunca la encontré.

Buena opción pero con pequeños detalles a mejorar
Un pequeña aparta estudio en un edificio moderno. Buena opción si estás en Bogotá y quieres estar cerca de la zona del parque del 93, zona T o el Word trade center. Lo único malo fue que el baño era excesivamente pequeño una persona de talla grande no podría entrar en el mismo. La limpieza podría mejorar pero tampoco es mala.

Recomendaciones
Me fue bien, faltaba un control remoto del televisor me lo resolvieron al día siguiente. El lugar es muy bonito, los amenities muy buenos, el restaurante espectacular al igual que la sala de co-working. Recomiendo equipar un poco más la cocina, falta cuchillo para cocinar, cucharones y algunas cositas mas que facilitan poder preparar algo durante la estadía. Por lo demás muy agradable el lugar y buena ubicación. Importante agregar la nomenclatura en l fachada del edificio y en los datos del hospedaje aclarar el nombre del edificio ya que en todo momento mencionan el nombre del operador, lo cual se presta para confusión en la llegada
