The lady who cleaned was too lazy for that job, she did not pick up trash in the bathroom, she did not sweep, she never had hand towels, nor did she check if there was soap for bathing and for hands, she only changed the sheets twice and that was because she we said. Cleaning is only from Monday to Friday

All the staff and especially the security are very friendly, polite and super professional. Particularly one security guard named Armando. Vigilant, courteous, and just overall very professional. All the staff are great and that makes the whole experience feel safe and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.
