“great hotel. crowded around pool, but it was july 4 weekend.”
have stayed there twice, and both times it was great. service was great. definitely recommend this hotel
“Beautiful Hotel and grounds”
This is a great place to relax, golf, and get pampered. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to quickly access Birmingham events but out of the hustle of city traffic.
“A wonderful top rate hotel”
An absolutely beautiful hotel with incredible service. The rooms were very clean and had very nice touches...down comforters, private balcony, large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great pool. We wish we could have stayed longer.
“The Castle”
I felt as I were a princess in a castle!! The ambience is PERFECT!!! The service was wonderful. Everyone should have a castle and royalty experience. The only concerns I have is that I had to pay $10/day to use my wireless. I have been in Super 8 motels where wifi is free. Also, I received a package and the hotel charged me $5.00 just to take the package from Fed Ex and put it under the counter. Financially, this was overkill for a service for the clientele.
“Can't wait to go back.”
Very nice. Great pool. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, its really good. Rooms were very nice. Lots of shopping options nearby! I definately recommend this hotel.
“Great Anniversary Spot”
My wife and I stayed Ross Bridge for our anniversary. Very nice resort, facilities, and room. The staff was nice and made the stay enjoyable. We will come back.
“Great would love to go back”
it was pretty and very nice
“Beautiful!!”
Gorgeous hotel! My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. The setting is beautiful and the bagpipes are a neat touch. The golf course was excellent!
“Very Nice”
Just stayed one night but will be back. Facility is beautiful and the rates are reasonable. Did not play golf due to weather but will try again when the weather warms up.
“Probably the best in Birmingham”
The problem with Birmingham is that there are so few decent places to stay. So many of the hotels that you think would be nice are run down and ill-maintained. Ross Bridge is very nice though. It is out of the way, though, as it is part of the Robert Trent Jones golf trail. I may be biased, as I live in Muscle Shoals, but the Marriott in Florence, though smaller, has nicer rooms.
