“It is a wondeful experience to stay at this friendly hotel.”
We had a meeting in Gaithersburg. This Holiday Inn is only five minutes away from our conference. The shoping area is also within five minutes. We would like to come back again.

“The DCBlizzard, Part II, Feb 2010”
We spent one whole day in our hotel room due to the blizzard but the hotel showed free movies that day and the restaurant arranged for an evening buffet. They did what they could to make the stay pleasant. The snow caused parking problems. In fact, we found the last covered parking spot on the lower level on the day we were stranded in the hotel. The next morning we were blocked in by a new car that had arrived after the storm. The hotel personnel worked with us to find the owner of the car. It turned out it belonged to a front desk clerk! We were inconvenienced but the agent picked us up to take us to our first appointment. By the time we returned, the car was moved. So we decided we were all inconvenienced by the snow and everyone needed to be flexible, guests and employees alike. We were able to find housing just before we left on Saturday. We were pleased overall with our experience at this hotel.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Location is a bit odd, but otherwise a good place to stay.

The hotel was really great with one exception: our ac did not cool and the room was warm and humid. The maintenance people did respond to our complaints and came to check out the problem but it did not get any better. Other than this issue, the staff was responsive and friendly, the hotel was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for.

to the disappointment of my 8 year old son this hotel does not have the game room that is advertised on the internet as well as physical signs at the property!!! the pool was great.

“Nice Hotel”
The hotel staff was great and were there when we needed them. The kids loved the pool and it hours and spent a lot of time there. I LOVED that it has an A/C that I can control like at home. Having stayed there a week I was disappointed it didn't have a mini fridge for the kids to put drinks in. It was a GREAT hotel and a GREAT choice to stay in. I recommend for anyone staying for business or pleasure.
