"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"This hotel has it all - elegant hotel, comfy rooms, amazing buffet food. I would definitely recommend half board. They have a variety of dishes including British classic like steak and kidney pie and roasts as well as Mediterranean alternatives. You can see the beach just a 2 minute walk away. Most of all the staff are friendly, willing to help to ensure all aspects of your stay are amazing. Also has a good gym and pool"

Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. "Stayed here a few times over the years just for 1 night or two while visiting benidorm palace, it's just a 5 minute walk away and is ideal. Its always been clean and tidy but the refit is very modern, the staff are very friendly. "
