“Exceeded expectation”
The experience was beyond my expectations the service the breakfast bar and the personalities at their various stations were always polite and were always willing to go the extra mile to look after it's guest.

I spent a week her with my family. Very helpful and polite staff, central location, comfortable beds and rooms of a good size. Excellent bathrooms.
“Great hotel centrally located in Bengaluru”
Warm and welcoming staff ready to help and provide info whenever needed. Complimentary breakfast was great, lots of great options from fresh fruit to sausage and bacon and of course homemade eggs. Free wireless internet is a must have and St. Mark's gives it. Downers were: no masala tea for breakfast, that was disappointing, and room was on the small side with very cramped space at entrance.
“Great hotel in Bangalore for location, service, value”
I spent over a week at this hotel - for leisure, visiting family. It is a very modern, well appointed hotel which compares very favorably to the top chain hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. They have been recently fully renovated and have many elegant features ( handy 'touchpad' on the night stand to control all functions, fresh sheets& towels, bottled water etc). Nice touches like an occasional complimentary tray of fruits and cookies. The most striking feature was the extremely friendly and accomodating staff. No request was ignored. I have the business cards of five of their senior staff - a reflection of their willingness to not 'hide' in their offices but rather engage with guests. The breakfast buffet had many options for both Indian and Western tastes, although I preferred the Indian food! Lunch also had many options including a generous buffet. The bar was a hopping place that week as there was an Irish band in town staying at the hotel. Friendly atmosphere, with lots of food and drinks flowing. I used the chauffeur service. It was convenient and available at a moment's notice. If you want a reliable, upscale, convenient hotel close to all the action, with a hospitable, friendly and responsive staff, this is it!
“Well priced, centrally located hotel of international 5 star standard”
St Marks hotel is a lovely hotel to stay in Bengaluru. It is a 5 star hotel an makes this status true in every sense. The centrally located hotel is focused on the international business traveller an is very comfortable in terms of the spacious rooms, location, internet provision, and eating facilities. While a honeymoon couple or luxury traveller might prefer the Gardenia (which has a higher wow factor), St Marks is the ideal destination for the demanding business traveller. Service levels at the hotel are very high with the vice president making his rounds personally among guests to find out if you are satisfied. I have stayed in 5 star hotels across the globe and rarely have no complaints, but I cannot think of anything to fault the well-priced St Marks.
“Would definitely stay here again”
This was an excellent hotel with a very good breakfast buffet and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were very pleasant. Location is pretty good with other restaurants, some shops and Banaglore's biggest pharmacy within walking distance. The free Wifi in the room was a nice plus. I would definitely stay here again

St. Mark's was a delight! Thank you for being there! I would still like to see the Hotel operate at a lower cost, but when compared to others in their market, they are being reasonable.

This is an excellent hotel and the service was top notch. They are going under renovations but were very accommodating and helpful. Room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a little bit of a drive from the Bangalore airport but I was able to get a taxi without a problem. The english skills of the staff were adequate to be able to communicate any need that I had. The breakfast was included in the stay and the restaurant is clean and extremely efficient wait staff.
“Bangalore's Best Hotel”
We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel and the staff. The Manager was apologetic for the renovations in the Lobby not completed . Every one from the Front desk to the Bell boy were extremely polite and courteous. They also have a nice resturaunt and again they are very Flexible to accommadate their guests preferences. This place is in the center of all shopping, entertainment and Dining areas in Bengaluru ( formerly Bangalore). I recommend this place to anyone without reservation.
“Excellent - but check that remodeling is finished”
Excellent on all fronts except: major remodeling project ongoing (lobby) so a bit noisy - not so bad if you are on a high floor. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. They cooked my daughter's preferred Indian dish on demand for us!
