5/5 Excellent
"Perfect! Right on the slopes and close to everything! Good staff!"
"The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space.
Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't.
The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

"Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings.
Friendly staff but not good service in the restaurant. We were left for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and no sign of a wine menu. An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment.
Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer."
