"We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. Should we have needed something, he was right there."

"Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!"

"Just getting away for some golf and relaxation we ran across this house after looking at a few others. It was a very modernized beach house that was clean and open. I suspected it would be everything that I read about and more as Cody (the host) was already reaching out to offer assistance the day before. He was a great honest host and we couldn’t be more pleased with the all around experience. We will be back in a few weeks and this will be the first house I try to book. Chris"

"Very solid little building in nice quiet neighborhood. New appliances and firm memory foam mattresses. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, Host very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the sofa was not at all comfortable. There are 2 similar houses on this lot. The large outside-view photo for both listings on the VRBO site show the same house which can be confusing."

"We loved our stay at June's house. The living space and kitchen were clean, bright and comfortable - perfect for our family as some of us were working from there. The location was great for getting to the beach without a car, and for walking on the boardwalk. We especially loved sitting on the front porch! Thanks June for setting up a wonderful place!"
