The website is slightly misinformed - checkout is at 11 am and there is no room service. However our short stay was pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy checking and parking near the room. Good food and service in at the restaurant. Quite a nice surprise stay.

Overall the stay was ok and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was quiet expensive for what it was.

Une nuit de transit, agréable, chambre pour 2 avec un lit d'appoint, c'est juste ce qu'il nous fallait. Propreté et équipements satisfaisants. La personne à l'accueil très sympathique et serviable à notre arrivée et au petit déjeuner.

We komen er nu, twee keer per jaar, al een aantal jaren . We vinden dat het onderhoud aan de accommodatie achterbijft alles ziet er verwaarloost uit wat je in het enen jaar constateert is het jaar erop nog steeds hetzelfde. Wij hadden een kamer waarvan de airco installatie verwijderd was hiervan werden we niet op de hoogte gebracht en werd het toch wel warm in de kleine kamer. Ook in de douchecabines, ook bij een andere kamer, hangen de handdoek beugels los dit was bij ons vorige verblijf ook al zo. Bij het inchecken wordt eraan gegeven dat er ook in het Engels gecommuniceerd kan worden we hebben echter nog niet mee gemaakt dat er ook maar een woord Engels gesproken wordt. De menu kaart van het restaurant is al jaren hetzelfde en prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding, de bediening door de eigenaressen is goed alhoewel ze alles in haar eentje moet bedienen wat als het druk is tot lange wachttijden lijdt. Wij komen bij deze accommodatie om dat het gunstig op onze route ligt en hoop dan ook dat dit commentaar een positieve uitwerking heeft.

Prima hotel direct bij het tolhek. Snelweg hoor je niet. 5 losse gebouwen met ieder 8 kamers. Nieuwe inrichting, prettige douche, goeie airco en goed bed. Kussen te dik maar dat is persoonlijk.

Halte une nuit sur la route des vacances
Hotel restaurant agréable et bien situé à quelques minutes de l´autoroute A7 et 40 kms de Lyon. Petite chambre mais fonctionnelle et surtout très propre. Vaste parking privé. Le restaurant propose une carte variée et recherche dans la présentation des assiettes. Bref, une adresse à recommander pour une halte sur la route des vacances.

Alors que le mail reçu la veille nous indiquait l ouverture de la réception à 15 h, nous avons dû patienter sur le parking à 39° jusque 16 h. A part cela sejour agréable, personnel irréprochable.

Avis Charm hotel en Beaujolais
Très bien accueilli par la réceptionniste qui était aussi au service du restaurant le soir. Madame est très gentille, de bons conseils pour le restaurant. La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain est agréable ( il manquerait juste une explication pour le fonctionnement de la douche). La literie est très bien. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.
