The Charming Bellagio Boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. Yasmin and her staff provided excellent customer service and treated us like family. Yasmin arranged for our pickup in Milan and never stopped helping us make plans and reservations. Our mornings started with an amazing breakfast of fresh pastries, rolls, eggs, cheese and ham (way too much). The room was very nice, clean and spacious and the location was superb. We had a view of the lake and were just an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely property just up the hill. It’s a short walk from town but quiet and apart from the crowds. The ladies couldn’t be nicer and more helpful on where to eat, calling us a taxi, recommendations for our stay. Breakfast was adorable. Would recommend.

Great place to stay - quality accom and staff
Great place to stay in Bellagio- staff are super friendly, and provide guidance and assistance in maximising what you can do and where to go - and will arrange bookings in quality restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble, and the facilities are excellent - rooms made up daily The hotel is on the edge of the busy town centre - so easy walk in - yet very quite and comfortable.

Perfection in a small package.
Wonderful from start to finish. I wanted something simple but clean but I got so much more. Great location and the room was perfect for me, with a lovely view over Lake Como. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even letting us leave luggage there after check in whilst we explored Bellagio before our next stop. The breakfast was a huge surprise, with more excellent food than I could eat! When visiting again, I will be staying here, hopefully for more nights

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered recommendations to nearby restaurants and activities. The hotel rooms were very clean and modern. They have a nice pool area and offer poolside service with delicious drinks and snacks. The balcony view was simply breathe taking of the mountains and lake. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bellagio area. The Hotel is about a half a mile from the main strip of restaurants and shops.

Nice people and good location.
Extremely friendly staff. Really loved our stay. The location was great, the welcome was warm and accommodating. They need to get rid of the frame around the mattress as it takes up too much space and is unnecessary. The bathroom is very tight. But, I would recommend with those caveats as the people were so friendly. Lovely pool too.

Wonderful
Beautiful place in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time in Bellagio. You might need to take a taxi to get there as it's uphill from the docks, but other than that it's perfect!

This was a great way to start off our 2 week stay in Italy. The staff were so helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were fantastic. Cannot say enough about our stay here. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for others liking at a stay in Bellagio.

Jasmin welcomed my daughter and I when we arrived and was exceptionally helpful! She provided us with restaurant ideas and told us areas to enjoy throughout Bellagio. This beautiful hotel was just as described. We had a balcony room with a view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at this charming boutique hotel. I look forward to returning in the future.

It is a small boutique hotel really cute, do expect to not get your room till check in. I would plan on arriving after check in if your looking for a room.

Absolutely lovely staff, and more than adequate facilities. That said, to be blunt, the 'little' amenities were less than impressive - charging for the Nespresso cups, no soap in the shower (stupid little plastic packets for shampoo) - but let's be frank: who cares?! this is Bellagio!!

We had such an enjoyable and relaxed holiday which was thanks to this fabulous hotel. Yasmin and her family are great hosts and so accommodating and knowledgeable with ferry/boat times, good restaurants, things to do in the area and with providing drinks by the pool. :-) The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels. The location of the hotel is 10 minute walk to Bellagio. The pool was great at the end of the day to chill, Given these strange times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Yasmin had implemented suitable safety precautions and as a family we felt completely comfortable. Recent additions to the hotel are a sauna and hot tub in a basement spa; which can be used for an additional cost. I cannot recommend Charming Bellagion Boutique Hotel high enough. We thoroughly loved our stay. Thank you!

Everyone at this hotel is wonderful. Jazmin was so helpful with directions on the best way to get to Padua which was our next stop. The hotel is so cozy and pretty and they have done an outstanding job of decorating it. We would come back in a heart beat

This was the oerfect central stop to see Lake Como. Easy walking to town, the ferry can take you all over the lake. Belliago is a must see as well. The accommodations are ideal, comfortable and a wonderful retreat alone.

Highly recommended.
Charming hotel and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Three different ladies helped us during our stay (Yasmine, Fatima and another nice lady whose name I didn't catch). They really went above and beyond, to help us and make sure our onward transport connections were sorted, making restaurant recommendations etc. Spotlessly clean room, and a lovely location with a beautiful view of the lake.

I have fallen in love with this bed and breakfast in Bellagio! A quaint, beautiful home, it is nestled above the town and is less than 10 minutes to the wonderful restaurants and ferry. The owners are precious, and my husband and I were certainly charmed from the moment we arrived! Thank you, Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel, for providing the highlight of our vacation.

Lovely base for exploring Lake Como
We loved our 2 night stay here. The hotel is really very cute and although a shot walk back from the main area, still had its own lake views. As 2x reasonably fit 31 year olds, we had no issues walking here with our 2x 20kg luggage from the ferry - it was even easier and quicker without. The room was clean and check in and out service was good. We were in the room next to the reception/ breakfast area and could hear everything from that are particularly at breakfast time. However haven’t marked rating down because of this as we were mostly out exploring and at least it encouraged us to get up and out in the morning!

A Great Stay
We had an amazing stay at Charming Bellagio. The owner is so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The place is clean and updated. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the main part of Bellagio. We enjoyed being able to walk to the main area but loved the quietness of the hotel being just a little out of all the hustle and bustle. The only thing we can mention about maybe improving is that one of the bed's is a little squeaky whenever you move/turn at night. However, that is the ONLY thing that could be improved. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, we loved the A/C, the staff with extremely friendly, the balcony had a beautiful view, the parking was convenient, and much more. I hope you all will stay at Charming Bellagio so you can have a wonderful stay too.

My 7 yr old and I stayed at this beautiful place. We loved being able to use the pool and being so close to a swimming spot at the lake. It is a 10 min walk to the center but it is such a beautiful walk. We also enjoyed the restaurant across the street. It has an amazing view of the lake. The hotel owners are the kindest and most friendly people. They have great recommendations and excellent customer service. They arranged a car service for me from Malpensa airport and the driver was also super nice. This hotel was built new. The room is very spacious. I hope to come back here soon.

The location was excellent! We were vacationing in Piedmont region (Turin as our base) and took the train to Milan and then to Como. From the C30 bus to Bellagio, there's a bus stop which is just a 5 minute walk to the hotel. There is also a parking adjacent to the hotel which would be extremely convenient. Our host, Yasmin, was both delightful and helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean. Walking to the town was a pleasant 10 minute gentle walk or another path allowed for a more scenic but vigorous adventure. We enjoyed the cuisine and shops of both Bellagio and Varenna and would love to return and would definitely stay here again. Yasmin's breakfast was also very delicious!!!

Beautiful, peaceful perfection
Super amazing place! Very modern, updated, clean rooms. We had the front suite with an amazing patio w gorgeous views of the lake. Relaxing, peaceful, wonderful surrounding. Cute gardens with a really nice pool area with lounging chairs. The employees are really sweet and helpful. Cappuccinos in the morning are perfection!!! About a 10 min walk out of the center of town which is really actually quite nice because it gets you away from the tourist crowds.

What a great place in Bellagio. Only about a 5 minute walk into town and great views of the Lake. The property was modern, clean, and the service was amazing. WE had a few questions before arrival and they were answered within the hour. I will certainly come back to the Charming Bellagio!!
