It really had nothing to do with the hotel. There was construction on the only real access road to the hotel. You literally had to drive around parking lots to get to the hotel.

Check-in process was routine. However, it took over an hour to find an available room that had a working TV. The room we settled on had a king bed instead of 2 queen beds that we had reserved. Rooms facing the freeway are noisy all night long.

My family & I were especially pleased and impressed when we walked in to have breakfast and there was the nicest man there to greet us and eager to take good care of us! He offered to make everyone waffles and he was so attentive to everything served and kind. We hardly ever see that in hotels, so this was such a wonderful treat and experience. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Excellent service all the way around! Don’t change a thing!

Good value for a good night's sleep
The only issue was the road construction in front of the hotel and the directions were not very clear because of the construction. Once we found it everything was great. The clerk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Thankfully all were in walking distance.

Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was no biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but that's not a deal breaker. Lots of highway construction in the area, but that's a permanent fixture in Beaumont! We'll stay there again!

My first room had a noise in it, sounded like a dove calling, and the toilet would not stop running. My second room, finding this late about 1030 pm, the shower handle did not work properly, only hot water. I had to wash off in the sink. Next morning at check out I told the desk about the shower and did not even offer a discount. I have stayed at several Hamptons, but I will not stay at this one again.

Best service ever!
I absolutely loved our one night stay. I was extremely pleased with a man who worked in the breakfast area. He actually made the waffles for me. He provided the best service I have ever had at a hotel. I do have to also give credit to the rest of the staff as well. Everyone was very friendly.

Excellent food decent room
Hotel seemed nice up to date but not as functional. Bathroom sliding barn door was awkward plus almost cut my finger off. Bathroom sink faucet too far away from sink so when you wash your hands water just pours over counter. Staff was nice but didn't ever tell us that water at front counter was twice as much as water in vending machine. Breakfast was amazing. Cheers to the chef for those amazing potatoes. Thank you for bringing back home made waffles. Excellent. I would stay here again because of the potatoes but wish they could fix the "upgrades".
