We loved the close proximity to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse and the quiet, wooded location of our cabin. We had every amenity we could want in this beautiful little cabin! Highly recommended— would definitely book a stay there again!

LOVED this place! It was sooo quiet! It is new, well appointed and maintained. Ethan is a wealth of knowledge and is very helpful. It is worth the drive from Bar Harbor. Plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this place. Give Ethan a call to book your stay.

The cabins are new, clean, and beautiful. There are many nearby attractions (lighthouse, hiking trails, boating). The owners are very nice and helpful. It is almost an hidden jam in Bass Harbor. I'll recommend Lighthouse Cabins to anyone traveling to Acadia National Park and Desert Island.

Beautiful cabin with short drive to Acadia
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean and comfortable. It was nice to be within close proximity to the park (about a 25-30 min drive) while also being in a little more quiet and remote location. We really enjoyed exploring the Bass Harbor area, particularly the Ship Harbor trail which had beautiful views of the water. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

These are brand new cabins! The owner Aaron is the best very knowledgeable gave us adventures that were off the main list of things to do!! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

We had a great stay in the Ship Harbor cabin! It was very clean and the bed and bedding was super comfortable! There was a fridge, microwave keurig, kcups and toaster available as well as dishes and utensils. Hot water and shower pressure was amazing for a tiny cabin! Electric fireplace was a sweet touch. It was a little bit of a drive to Bar Harbor, Acadia and Schoodic, but having Seawall and Bass Harbor Lighthouse right down the street for sunrise and sunset was amazing! Area was very quiet and peaceful, lots of deer around. Owners were amazing, very accommodating and friendly. We had a big storm come through one night and we lost power till the next day. Owner made me a hot coffee in his own house using his generator, in a mug with his dog’s face on it! There were small snack items and juices available every morning to take. I would stay here again and recommend it.
