"It's a very rustic and beautiful family country house. Great for a different and typically Portuguese experience. We went for dinner at taberna do Afonso, a local place nearby that serves an incredible cod fish (bacalhau)."

"This was an epic disaster. The property was Mis-advertised as to its location. I booked it because it was as advertised as city center but When I looked up the address it was 17km outside. Since I was walking and had already walked 20km that day - this was not possible. They didn’t answer their phone. There was no one at the property and I was given no code or instructions on how to access the room. I never did hear back from them."

"Porto Palácio was an excellent choice. The staff is super, every person we interacted with was so friendly, always providing helpful information and tips about the city and attractions, and supporting us every time. The rooftop is delicious at night, a true gift to relax after a terrific day at Porto. The property was comfortable, clean, and quiet, a little bit distance by walking from Porto Riviera, but Uber service worked efficiently. "
