Open Courtyard View rooms have a shower, and Street View rooms have bathtub with shower. The 40 suites have warm, modern décor. Some have wide views of the city and Las Ramblas. These guestrooms comprise a larger bedroom and lounge area and a fully-equipped bathroom.

“Great Hotel at a great location”
Wonderful hotel in an ideal location for tourism / sightseeing. Close to metro, shopping, dining, open market, port / beaches and museums. Staff was very curteous and attentive. Got a great rate from expedia. Could be a little pricey otherwise. Would definitely stay again.
“Excellent location”
We had a junior suite which was very comfortable for three persons. The room was very modern and clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of many different attractions. I felt safe walking around although we did not stay out very late at night. I would definitely stay there again.
“A top notch Hotel”
The facilities and service in the hotel were very good. We would highly recommend the hotel to travellers. However we had breakfast at the Hotel 1898 over the road one morning and this was also excellent. I think it had the edge over the Meridien breakfast and was a little less expensive

Our Jr. Suite was clean,comfortable and afforded all the best amenities; and the bar was a great place to watch the happenings on Las Ramblas.What most impressed us was the outstanding service. Although the hotel was very busy,there was never a long wait to be helped at the front desk, and they took care of several special requests flawlessly. The doormen were amazing--one walked blocks to get us a cab on New Yeas Eve when the cabs weren't officially running (the only time we had trouble getting a cab)then offered to call our destination to inform them of our late arrival(which was our fault). We highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for a short visit to Barcelona. Highest priority sites most within walking distance. Spend time around Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
“Excellent Choice for Barcelona”
Two metro stops with a couple of blocks give great access to the city. On Las Ramblas. Staff very helpful. Rooms in great condition. Breakfast was over-priced, but other options are close by.
“Great hotel in perfect location”
I was in Barcelona for 4 days with my 82 year old father and my 13 year old son. The hotel was perfect for all the ages. Situated in the very central Rambla, Le Meridien, offers top notch service and a very helpful staff, very polite and professional. You walked out and you were in the heart of old Barcelona, near numerous attractions, mostly by a few minutes walk. The rooms were clean and spacious and just everything seemed to be working smoothly. I would happily go back there.
“Great Location ON Las Ramblas”
We stayed here after our cruise of the Mediterranean. The room I booked original was not available it had 2 doubles instead of a king. We went sightseeing for awhile and when we got back they had brought us a bottle of Champagne. After about 10 minutes they called and said they were upgrading us to a bigger room because we did not get the room requested. They gave us huge suite with seperate living room and bedroom. Could not have asked for better service. We also got to take in the parade for the soccer team that won the Champions League title. The city is amazing with all it`s history and museums. A stay at this hotel is well worth it for location to everything. All within walking distance to most attractions.
