However if you prefer for you next visit we do have another apartment just 2 streets away which does not have any sofa bed, please don't hesitate to let us know and it would be a pleasure to reserve it for you. However, we urge our guests to use the WhatsApp tool for any basic requirements. For all other urgent matters, including the noise disturbances you had encountered, we insist that you come directly to Reception, or call us, so that we may resolve any issues, as soon as they arise.
