"The bathrooms let this resort down. The shower had hot water for only a couple of minutes maximum at a time and the shower was covered in mildew. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful and the resort was pleasant. "

"We were extremely disappointed with our choice of booking our stay at Monterio , to start with there was no breakfast buffet which was a part of the deal when we booked it online at Expedia , the hotel reception was stunned to notice that breakfast buffet was to be provided ; they do not even have a proper restaurant to have such an arrangement. The staff seems to be completely relying on the hotel manager for every request that was made and the manager is never to be seen in the hotel."
