Great hotel. Excellent front desk. Our toilet still had a dirty ring inside but not the end of the world. Pool area could use some trees/greenery/umbrellas. Overall exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazing!

Room not cleaned. Someone did enter our room and turned on the TV to LOUD Spanish music and left it on. But they did not take out the garbage. They did take 2 towels and did not replace them with clean ones. AC was noisy. Carpet smelt like urine. Guests above us had a party until 3 AM!! Breakfast was terrible. Food ran out. No coffee. Service not great. No one was ever at front desk to talk about issues.

A pleasant experience
Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable accomodations, conveniently located near restaurants and major roadways...even a movie theater for entertainment. Overall my stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended for your travel plans.

Yes I recommend
Staff was friendly. The king bed room surprisingly had a lot of additions such as a small stove, sink and a fridge. My only concern is the restroom area not having ventilation but other then that I would recommend.

Wheelchair access & Clean!
Needed a wheelchair accessible room. Two queen beds with plenty of room for the wheelchair in the entire room including the restroom. Clean and comfortable beds. Will stay again.

Everything was clean and in good shape. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pillows really did need replacing though. The area is not a high end area but it was a less expensive place to stay for a visit to Austin. My family of 4 was comfortable and the Uber was only about $20 each way to go downtown. There is a HEB, a movie theater and a couple of restaurants close by.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room after we removed our do not disturb sign. Also, there were no spare pillows anywhere in the hotel and my wife and I did not sleep very well because of the poor pillows we had and the lack of any replacement/spare pillows.

It’s like there isn’t any staff here. When I checked in I stood at the desk fifteen minutes before someone came to the desk. Then she checked me in, while not saying one word to me, except asking for my credit card. Weird! The time staff wasn’t any better. I needed to purchase a few things , and again waited a long time before someone showed up. Then she barely looked at me, and grumbled “do you want to put it on your room”. Makes this place feel unsafe! I travel a lot for work, don’t need much, but you want to feel like the staff is friendly. Not here
