Front desk person was so nice and helpful. Room was decent. We didn't complain about anything since we were only there 2 nights to sleep but the bathroom had long hair everywhere as if the cleaners didn’t vacuum or even wipe tops of counters and toilet down. The sheets were dingy and pillowcases had stains on them. Otherwise it was better than other places we’ve stayed at in Austin but a little pricey for what you get.

We checked in late after a long day of traveling, just wanting to sleep, but the a.c. was not working. Had to stay awake until 11:15 pm for the maintenance person to come and fix it. The carpet was stained and smelled so bad that it kept me awake. A leak somewhere in the bathroom kept puddling on the floor. Room is large, but with a lot of unusable space. Beds were comfortable enough, but linens were dingy. No extra blankets or pillows for the fold out bed in the closet. No hair dryer. Visible mold and stains in the bathroom. Iron but no ironing board, and no outlet anywhere near where an ironing board should be. Location next to I-35 similar to trying to sleep next to the Daytona 500. Breakfast options were sparse; out of forks and coffee by 8:30 am. Shower was fine. Check-in and keycard entry were simple.

Handled eclipse rushed very well and had rooms cleaned prior to checking in. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great--loving the texas sized waffles! Overall, always my pick for Austin travel!

There was a iron but no ironing board. I had to manually lift up the stopper in the bathtub for the water to go down. Not enough shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the restroom, for a family of 4. Other hotels have started to nail in large bottles in the showers maybe that is something comfort suites should look into.

Horrible place to stay! Front desk lady was very rude and rooms on the 2nd floor were dirty! Had blood on our blankets and dog food on the floor and mold on the other bed! Never staying here again!!!

The service was excellent and the room was clean. The waffle iron at breakfast made waffles in the shape of Texas! The location was good for me as it was close to family and about 15-20 min from the airport.

Asked for quiet room. Idiot put me on highway side. Noise all day and night. Semis, crotch rockets, etc. No restaurants near by. You can easily pass entrance. Complicated street layout to get here from 35. Water in gym and breakfast area didnt work. Finally food some food just south of here on Stassny. Take road behind hotel. One block and make left. Idiot checkin guy didnt know about this area.

NYE trip

It was ok, nothing spectacular. If you stay more than a day, they don't replace towels or make up the beds. You need to ask for it. They should get a door hanger for this purpose. We had asked for connecting rooms but they gave us rooms next to each other. They said they don't have connecting rooms. Since it is on the one way frontage road, if you miss the entrance, you need to detour about a mile.
