Staff was very friendly at check in. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that there was no butter or cream cheese for the bagels at breakfast.

Never returned our security deposit. The breakfast was very limited/ empty and the room had a musty smell. We had to get more towels every night because they only left us one we were 2 adults and 2 kids. We were there for 3 nights. Coffee maker did not work.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. My only complaint concerns the location - right off their interstate Frontage Road. In my opinion, businesses should not be placed directly along an interstate access road. Busy, fast-moving traffic made getting in and out of the parking lot difficult!

Clean hotel with courteous staff. Disappointed in the requirement of a $50 per room deposit that I have not received in a week and a slight challenge with arriving/departing due to a single access point.

Totally misleading........pics showed a modern clean environment........reality is a run down dirty dump
Booked a king room well in advance.....only room available at check in was a standard room
This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stopped in
They ran my card for incidentals......but actually charged me for room a second time

The room was fine and lobby was nice. Very noisy location. We were in the back so noise was manageable. Good breakfast. Good staff. Refund very slow on security deposit and had to deal with that which is aggravating. Pool not heated but nice. All in all a good place to stay.

I’ve stay here quite a few times and this place is great for the price and location. The staff is great day and / night shift, always there to help. The room is clean and the bed is nice👍👍👍. I recommend a stay here.

I’ve machine was a big bust! When we asked if there was another machine somewhere they said no better luck next time. Wow I was taken back.

This truly was the worst stay ever in a hotel and much to expensive

The towels are the softest, plushest we've experienced in a very long time! Despite being along the interstate, the room was very quiet. The room could use some more USB ports to charge mobile devices.

Hot water was a problem. One bulb was fused above the dining table. Door was rubbing against the carpet and cumbersome to open. Too close to highway and was noisey.
Nevertheless the staff was very polite. Ice machine was on the second floor only and not easly eccesssed unless one has to t aske a long route through distant elevators.

At the breakfast the food was cold, there was no toaste r for bread, there was shortage of everything, you had to be asking for what you wanted

I want to apologize for the shortage of items. Unfortunately we do have some guests that take a huge abundance of the food at one time. This does create a shortage of food at times. Other than that I do hope your stay was pleasant and we wish you safe travels.
I will definitely stay again, when I travel with my husband. The back is pretty loud after dark. I believe it’s safe but a solo female traveler I could see being a bit sketched out. I was woke up at 3am by yelling and someone pounding on door near me. Just left me bit uneasy. Everything else was amazing and staff went above and beyond for my 2 day stay. Rooms were clean beds were comfy.
