“Room Great, Front Desk Awful”

The hotel and room were clean, comfortable. The road access was tough (U-turns from one direction). The worst thing was the girl at the front desk. She was rude and had an air of arrogance. If it wasn't for her, I'd rate the hotel much better.

“Oh... Never Again.”

Some members of the staff were very nice and helpful (Keith, Eugene and his sister). As far as the cleanliness of the hotel....Horrible. FIrst off, My comforter had a urine stain on it and my sheets had blood (yes thats right) on them. I complained to the staff about these issues and yes they were taken care of but with an attitude. The heat was not working properly in the room. When i complained to the "Manager" i was told "there is nothing i can do, i dont usually get complaints like this" I am a frequent traveller and usually Marriott hotels are good... This one is not. And it sucks because its in such a nice location, close to everything... will not visit again.
