The property is very tired. My room smelled of drains and was incredibly noisy all night long. The breakfast although it looked comprehensive was very limited. No fruit except for a bowl of apples. The cooked items always looked as though they had been sitting a long time. The hotel is close to numerous local dining options. But really noisy.

I would stay here again.
Some people at front desk were so helpful. The room was comfortable, but not up to date as stated in the selection. We had all we needed though I would suggest that more storage for longer stays is necessary. We had been traveling for two weeks before, and basically needed to live out of our suitcase. We were here for business, but had a wonderful time. Location was amazing, service from most front desk was excellent.

Great all-around hotel with an excellent location for the tourist. Superb views of the Acropolis and Olympian Zeus temple from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Highly Recommended.

Fabulous view of the Acropolis from the restaurant and close to the Plaka for shopping. East walk to other key sites and right beside the Key Tours office if you choose to take a tour.

This hotel is in the heart of city center. Walkable to Plaka, Acropolis, syntagma square, temple of Zeus. It’s location made exploring so easy as we rarely had to rely on public transportation to get anywhere. The included breakfast with beautiful views of the Parthenon were an added bonus. The room itself- on the older side but I will say the shower pressure was great and the beds were comfortable so overall the hotel earns 5 stars from me.

Zero services at the pool and limited to ONE towel per guest. Feels more like a 1-night stand hotel for people waiting to board their cruise ship, not for long-term guests. Bathtub only, no shower.

This place is amazing! It is absolutely beautiful INSIDE the hotel (old money vibes and stunning architecture) but then you go OUTSIDE/ to the rooftop for breakfast and become absolutely blown away. The view is incredible. Also super close and convenient if you’re looking to grab dinner/drinks (TONS of options), walk their cute streets to do some shopping or go to the Acropolis. We walked it all within 10 minutes! Highly recommend. OH and their pool area is stunning!

This is the second time at this property. We were here back in 2009 where we upgraded our room. This time we went with the basic room and oh boy was there a difference. The main thing being the bathroom. Your basic bathroom has very basic amenities. In fact, the small bottle of body lotion had to be 100 years old since I couldn’t even get it out of the bottle. The basic tub I am not kidding has got to be no more than 18 inches wide you have to shower sideways and I am not a big person 5 foot three and 135 pounds. I could not even sit in the tub I don’t know how someone with a bigger hips could possibly do that.

This was a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and the premises were clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view overlooking the Acropolis and everything we wanted to see was in a close walking distance. I could not give a higher recommendation to a hotel.

The worst experience ever, we didn’t even continue our journey very dirty staff is rude the room has an awful smell the safe was not working the room service seemed to be one sole guy who had an accident and didn’t come to work so there were no room service a suite with a place to shower except the jacuzzi the plugs were not working to charge the phones the pillows had the worst smell ever and had to place a tshirt to sleep the elevator is a 2*2 for the whole hotel and it comes every blue moon It is a scam not a 5 stars hotel not even one star

You can't beat the location. The older man at the front desk was not very friendly, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in an interior room with no windows, so the room felt small and claustrophobic. Luckily, we didn't stay in the room much because we were out exploring.

Average hotel (5 star very debatable for our room anyway) We booked an internal double room. Not knowing that we would have no window and natural light in the room so it was like a dungeon. The lighting in the room is very dim with only table lamps making simple tasks like getting dressed very hard. The AC was just blowing warm air around the room and the vent was located in a seperate part of the bedroom not aiming toward the bed. The mattress was very hard and very old styled bedding. No power points in the bathroom. Mould on walls by bed. Service by restaurant / bar staff very good but front desk not the best. Wasn’t made to feel welcome at all. Breakfast very average… not many healthy options. Great view from the rooftop bar. Pool was great but not that many sun loungers for the amount of guests at the hotel. Overall an experience to stay there as the architecture is beautiful but the hotel needs a lot of updating to be a 5 star hotel - 3.5 star at best.

Very unfriendly front desk. No shower curtain on shower. Only two plug-in outlets in the entire room. The fitness room was awful, the equipment so outdated. It was ridiculous. For a five star hotel. It was very, very lacking

There was no iron in the room, need to call to bringing you one for couple of hours. There was very primitive hair drier in the closet but there was not any plugs in the bathroom, only one mirror in the bathroom so you couldn’t dry you hair Outside or inside of the bathroom, there was not any draw chest in the room you have to live out of your suitcase, the TV was so small that they didn’t ohad to frame I to look bigger we had invited some family to have dinner with us but they couldn’t accommodate that they said they are full for a privet function
