Make yourself home in this Victorian brick home, located just a few blocks from the beautiful Benedictine College Campus and within walking distance to historic Downtown Atchison. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (Total of Five Beds and an additional Futon in Sunroom). Full Kitchen with essential cooking utensils, pots and pans, flatware and glasses with counter bar for entertaining or additional seating to the Dining Room. Office Desk and Chair await your workplace from home with High-Speed Fiber Internet and Basic Direct-TV.

Great for entertaining but parking is a precious commodity on the block (PLEASE, only park directly in front of house to allow neighbors space for their vehicles). Additional parking space available in the alley in front of the garage. Enjoy the outdoor space to catch a bit of fresh air or have your coffee in the morning. Over-garage deck space with limited outdoor seating as well as a propane bbq grill is available for your cooking skills!

Catch up on some reading or relaxation in the multi-window sunroom overlooking the backyard and skyview of the Benedictine College. Soak in the clawfoot tub upstairs. Our goal is to make the home as comfortable for you as possible! Whether you're in town for business, a family event, or just to visit our beautiful, historic community, welcome home!
