"Iconic place filled with historical and majestic vibes. Everything was great. Food was delicious. The piano player at 1902 restaurant at dinner was phenomenal playing um Kalthoum and other classic Arabic music. Really memorable. The staff is polite and extra kind and gracious. The wooden stairs were not so clean and had webs at some corners."

"The hotel is on an island. The campus is huge and beautiful and surrounded by river Nile. They gave me a free upgrade of room. The front deck of the room had beautiful views of the Nile. The breakfast was great "

Although our tour/shuttle service request was not so simple, they listened to me and arranged it with reasonable price than the others. Whenever I had questions / concerns, I asked them, and they always care about us. They are one of the best staff I have ever met! On top of that, the room is big and comfortable!"

"Excellent stay, and very well looked after. We were sceptical having read some reviews, but in comparison to similar stays across the country it is in line with expectations. While the furniture in the bedroom was slightly dated, it was spotless, comfy bed, and excellent shower. Air con was great. Pool area was wonderful, especially after a long day. There were some bugs but this is normal considering it is next to the Nile. Didn't put us off getting in during the 45 degree heat! Breakfast...
