I would not stay at this property again. The Seating areas in the lobby were awful, not only covered with dog hair but dirty The yellow chairs were particularly dirty. I can send you a picture if you are unaware. Not a great first impression at all . my room 523 smelled musty and like wet dog. Shower was not clean and one of our rooms still had dirty garbage in the trash can. We were made aware in advance about the Parking issues, but was unaware that the pool would not be available the whole time we were there which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. No discount was offered or even an apology that we We’re not informed.

Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals.

Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops. Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms, beds were amazing. Only minor issue was AC blowing on one of the beds, but otherwise, highly recommend. Asheville is an amazing place, we’ll be back! Thanks!
