Room accommodation is very good! The hygiene products are very good but the next room unfortunately had very noisy people! All night and the morning talking very loudly, slamming doors, it got in the way of traveling a little!

It was a nice comtable stay but the only thing i didn't like is that house keeping team tried to come to the room while i was still in bed, stating that i check out last nigh. After i gave them my name, they had the wrong room.

Definitely would book again!
Front desk at check in was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and where our room was located. Made it very easy and quick. Room was invitingly clean and smelled fresh. The only small thing was the floor tile in the middle of the 2 queen beds were so scraped up and etched almost like it was graffiti with a very sharp object. It’s totally ruined but we didn’t let that ruin our stay. Breakfast at 6am was hot and delicious. Thank you!

Pretty affordable but you get what you pay for I guess. Room smelled like cigarettes most of my stay from other guests I’m assuming, and the bathroom had a pretty funky smell. I asked for smokeless but all I could smell the entire time was cigarette smoke. Cleanliness was okay, mystery stains on the furniture weren’t very reassuring. Staff was friendly though.

I wanted to give this place a chance since the pictures looked clean and nice , but once my partner and I got there the king bed room smelt like someone freshly smoked cigarettes in there and we where not comfortable, one of the lights didn’t work as well, apart from that my girlfriend has asthma which sucked cus she was at risk of her health and we had no where else to go. I claimed this to the staff told us they can give us a different room and they never did so we had a really bad experience so even if we payed $140 for the room we basically had no where else to go but forced to sleep there which was a really bad experience and very disgusting even the lobby was more clean. This is the first and last time I ever come here and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The lobby and breakfast area the tile floor was black around the edges and vents were black. The room they gave me had two televisions with no remote control and the toilet barely flushed. I asked for another room and got a toilet that ran al night. The worst part was the bugs ( I think cockroaches) First in the shower and then on the floors throughout. I slept only one hour as just as I thought I got rid of these bugs another pops up but bigger. I was supposed to stay there three nights but booked out early. Talked to someone from Expedia about not having to pay for the other two nights but as of now not sure if I’m getting charged. Cost me more to get the hell out of that area Antioch as I didn’t like it so did an Uber ride to Brentwood.

Room smelled heavy of bleach. Floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped in a while. Mold growing in shower and toilet was running entire stay. Vents could use a cleaning as well. On good note: breakfast and service were great.

I was referred to this property after a fire and was told i could receive a discount. However i was charged more than your site quoted and when i turned the heat on roaches came out. Then i went to shower and the floor was filthy. I told the staff and they asked was that all and told me i was checked out!!
