"This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. The screened porch in back with solar lighting in the back yard is ideal for your evening glass of wine! Definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Bay - Canal Waterfront! We enjoyed the amenities - the pool is beautiful, large and in the sun all day but plenty of shady areas if you want that too. "Best part of the property is the location. Cottage is a good way to discribe this property. Our party consisted of 2 families with 5 teenagers. The apartment above the garage was a must for the 3 teenager girls especially due to the bathroom situation. Biggest con of this property is the upstairs bathroom. Would have loved pool :) Communication from property management was excellent. Property is in an excellent location. Overall rate this property 4,5."
