“5 Star Hotel, 5 Star Service, Superb.”

Wonderful stay. 5 star service all around. Couldn't fault any aspect. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was absolutely superb. For anyone looking for a touch of luxury during their stay then I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent attentive staff. Beautiful hotel with lovely central courtyard. Bonus having the cafe roux which was excellent. Rooms are not as spacious as we might have expected but still very comfortable.

we loved our stay! the staff was very helpfull, the hotel grounds were amayzing and the location was excellemt central to many different areas! this was defenitly a wonderful part of our trip.

The staff couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was incredibly clean. My only moan was the cost of room service!

“Newly refurbished”

We unfortunately missed a night in the gorgeous hotel due to air traffic control problems. We were informed in check in that we were in a newly refurbished room which had only been used a couple of times! The room was fabulous with an enormous bed with a fantastic duvet and mattress. The bathroom was also beautiful with a fantastic shower and Hermes toiletries. We decided to splash out and have breakfast in the hotel which seemed expensive at the time, however it was so good and there was so much to choose from we hardly ate for the rest of the day. The position of the hotel is also ideal for exploring most of Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Sofitel, The Grand Amsterdam is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. Everything about the hotel met my requirements. The rooms are big, very clean and well heated. The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam and the views at night are breath-taking. I would definitely stay at Sofitel, The Grand Amsterdam again.

A lovely hotel, both comfortable and convenient for local amenities. The rooms were clean and the staff were all very friendly. This is a hotel for people who want to be within walking distance from the local attractions whilst enjoying privacy and great quality service.

My experience with Sofitel was fantastic. The service was excellent and cannot say I have stayed at a finer hotel in years. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Amsterdam, Holland.
