"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will likely return. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were outstanding. I used Uber for transportation and the wait times were always very short. "
A verified traveller from Austin stayed at InterContinental AMMAN JORDAN, an IHG Hotel
"The hospitality I received from the moment I stepped out of my taxi was very professional. Check in attendant went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The morning breakfast was very delicious with plenty to choose from, including a delicious omelet prepared on the spot by a chef. The wait staff went above and beyond what one would expect, especially for a free breakfast. The waiter that stood out the most was Mr Batran. Two mornings he went out of his way to ensure I started my day off right. And 2 days in a row, the chef made me delicious omelets. It goers without saying that I will definitely come back. "

"This hotel is really wonderful and the people working there truly care about their guests. I havent seen this level of care in a long while and the hotel itself is just beautifully accented and designed. Also the restaurants and bars are great! The food at the Italian restaurant is soooo gooood! Highly recommended this hotel! "

"All the staff are extremely nice, polite and courteous. They go above and beyond. Mr Majd was very nice and helpful at checkin. Mr Emad opened up the breakfast buffet early so I can eat before my excursion to Petra. All the staff are very nice and courteous. "
