This is a newer property in a bit of the outskirts, it's 35 minutes from Amman airport. The rooms are super nice but very small, which I didn't mind. That means that the rooms are also very close to each other, so my I could really hear my neighbor and his Bollywood movie. The area, although safe, did not seem to have a lot of walkable tourist things to do. The in-room dining service was amazing, I had the best chicken and veggies meal of my life for only $14.

It's a great hotel. If anything, it's a bit removed from downtown, but Ubers are easy and pretty cheap.

Someone knocked at my room at 6 am in the morning. He looked creepy. They said theyll look into the cameras. Just to later on tell me the maintenance guy was lost in the room number. Why would maintenance do any kind of work at 6 am in the morning? And why would he knock at the wrong door? I thought someone is going to do anything bad to me , I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the time.

I booked and paid with hotels.com, but the hotel also charged me for the room. Despite several attempts and their repeated acknowledgement that they double billed me that have yet to refund. And this was a stay in mid May. Desk staff are very nice but beyond that either incompetence or simply they want to keep the double charege

Nice modern hotel, luggage is brought to room half an hour after check in, at 10pm only possible to get something to drink or eat by the room service. Ordered a burger and a drink, after 1 hour I haven't received it and obviously the order was canceled. I didn't want to wait any longer because I wanted to sleep.
