Reception staff lovely the rest of service very poor you have to pay the tip to get good service the price for drink very expensive Bottle of water £1.50 on swimming pool bottle of beer £9.50 the prices different every day the price on menu with out tax if you find the menu very disappointed.

Hi, I got to sleep at Amman one night and it was impossible for me to sleep incredibly. The room they gave me was next to the hotel nightclub and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked for a change of room and they were pure negatives. Another hotel and the answer was I DO NOT expect expedia to refund my money when someone goes to a hotel is to rest and NOT to be listening to music and screaming all night

When I arrived 14:30 Jordan time, the receptionist (Rand) told me the room will be ready after 10 minutes, and i was waiting for more than 45 minutes and the room was not ready yet. While other guests arrived after me, and their procedures were completed and they went to their rooms and I'm still waiting.

I booked double bed room for 2 guests, and what i got is 2x2 meters room with a single bed... When i called the receptionist he told me that this is what we only have !!! I checked out after 3 hours and booked another hotel... Never ever again !!!

All over all it was a good hotel . I consumed 1 bottle of water from the minibar , but they wanted to charge me for chocolate and snacks that didn't consume at all , and I disputed the charge . very embarrassing situation at the front desk.

hotel facilities are good hotel rooms are in desperate need of noise insulation i could hear the rooms next to me clearly and noise from the corridor show leaks water all over the toilet floor too... rooms are clean and central location

NOT A 5 STAR AT ALL!!!
Firstly there are many different hotels within this area of Amman, and I have stayed in most of them. This hotel is old and dated, the staff are despondent, and the hotel requires a full refurbishment. The breakfast is basic, and nothing is really appalling from a customer point of view. The Spa is dated, again the staff struggle, even to the extent that I waited 30 minutes and no one came!. The rooms are old, but the bed is very comfortable, although the bedsheets are often dirty. Please be aware of often charges to your bill that do not exist, I have had many issues with bills at this hotel. Lastly, I requested a car to take me to the airport, on thing is for sure, it wasn't a car that came for me, it was something between a camel and motorbike, basically a terrible unsafe vehicle. Not what you would expect from a hotel in any shape or form. Please stay away from this hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Amman. From a very well-travelled Business Man!

Very disappointing. The hotel decor is tired and outdated. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Absolutely nothing in the minibar and then asked in departure if I had taken from the minibar. Breakfast hot food tasteless and bland.

Horrible reception and checkin.
I got there at 40pm with the worst attitude of checkin staff I have ever experienced. No room available. Then they found a room and went to it but someone was sleeping in the room I was given a key to. Absolutely terrible experience. The same person checking me in did a horrible job handling it. An assistant manager helped by giving me suite instead and was trying his best to be good to me. Such a great person that needs to move to a proper hotel. Music was also loud from the hotel club with little sound insulation.

Good neighborhood
The place was good and met our expectations. Some mold in bathroom tile was a turn-off that can easily be repaired. It could be due to poor ventilation in the bathrooms as well. We noticed this to be a common issue in Amman hotels. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Better for business than tourism.
I stayed here with my girlfriend. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The biggest complaint we have was that the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Staff seemed disinterested in looking into this. We waited 45 minutes for a workman to arrive to look at this. When he arrived he took one look at the shower and said "back in five minutes", and then never returned. In the end we just went with the option of flooding the bathroom when we wanted a shower. I found this quite irritating as we'd both been wanting a shower after checking in and had plans to go out, but instead had to wait for the work man.

Bad experience,,, was agreed for the price,,,, on the arrival I have been asked for the payment,,, on the departure asked for a second payment, when I tried to explain I paid more than what I agreed with,,, the answer was from Rand the recepinest oh we didn't charged your card,,, back in UK my bank has explained 500 pound pending on my account,,,, after calling them and calling hotel.com, they said will not charge the card twice,,,, bad communication between the day and night staff,,, asked for a robe and after wearing it got an insect bites all over my body and have photos to prove,,,, will never use them any more.
