"Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."

"Very comfortable, warm and convenient place with nice outside space ( when it was dry) Lovely bedroom (and great bed), and shower room Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for foods. Parking down the road was free and plentiful, although the temporary road closure made finding the house a bit tricky. Very helpful host who answered questions promptly, and gave us some very useful suggestions. Would definitely recommend, and will probably go again, for the market and the P'tit Resto...

"We all enjoyed our stay in Emmanuelle’s house. The clearly recent renovation makes for a comfortable accommodation. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths, the third king bedroom has an adjoining full bath; a triple twin bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishwater. The app based tv means that you aren’t bound by local cable tv offerings. There’s a nice yard, pool and plenty of parking behind an electric gate. "The cottage, attached to the owner’s farmhouse, but quiet and private, has been recently renovated to the highest standard. Enormous care has been given to every detail, high-quality appliances and bed linen, lovely furnishings and comfy beds. There is a large, heated, perfectly clean pool right out in front and a large garden where the children can play. The house is a short walk to shops including a great bakery and a 20 minute walk to Amboise with all it has to offer. There are lots of day...

"This was an excellent property for a party of 12 adults ranging from 25-86 and two dogs. Exceptionally well appointed, the outside eating and cooking areas especially. Great fun making pizzas and memories!"

"Despite some mixed weather, we had a lovely week by the river. Lots of wildlife, even caught a glimpse of a red squirrel. The house is well equipped, with a cosy log burner for chilly evenings. Lots to see within an easy drive. There are plenty of guidebooks and maps available in the property for use of guests. This was our second visit and it is perfect for a relaxing stay."

"A beautiful place which is cozy and nicely decorated and furnished—a little out of town for a quiet, soothing visit. Outdoor dining area, lovely pool and a large play area with all sorts of sports equipment. A well-stocked kitchen, cd player and a variety of cds. Upstairs is a nice area to relax, watch tv, read, etc. All the bedrooms were very nice. Highly recommend Patrick’s lovely home and hospitality. Great base to visit regional chateaus."
